Rowley, Jen O'Brien, and Cara Beth Burnside are all vegans.
Forrest Kirby, Brain Anderson, and Brian Sumner are all vegetarians.
J. Lee and Mike V. were both vegetarians for a time.

Pretty sure Rowley hasn't been vegan for awhile.

From what I understand Rowley never really was since he now says he was a hunter the whole time.

ok, after a lot of years with conscious problems because I ate meat now Im a vegetarian, so now I need skate shoes with non animal material, and please dont tell me canvas, because that not an option, I cant skate with some shoes that will be fuckin wasted after just two sessions, maybe waxed canvas is an option.

I'm skating the etnies jameson 2 eco right now.  Here's the product description from the Etnies website:
Quote
Help reforest Brazil?s Atlantic Rainforest by buying the Jameson 2 Eco shoes. As etnies? best-selling shoe, the Jameson 2 Eco is part of the brand?s Buy a Shoe, Plant a Tree reforestation program. The low-top canvas shoe, made using recycled rubber in the outsole and recycled plastic in the creation of the PET shoe laces, features a faux-vulc cupsole construction and a thinly padded tongue and collar for protection and added comfort so it looks like a vulc, but rides like a cupsole. The Jameson 2 Eco includes cork-lined OrthoLite STI Foam Lite level 1 footbeds, and the extra plus is these shoes are also vegan.

They skate pretty nicely and are holding up surprisingly well.  I did reinforce the stitching and ollie areas with superglue though.  They break in quick and have excellent board feel.  They're pretty light and low profile.
