UPDATE: I DM'd with SydRow on Instagram, it looks like I should be buying a Positive Energy DVD off him but he's currently not in town, so it might be a while before it can be shipped but I'll keep y'all posted.

Well I mean it's a step forward but I don't want to get our hopes up just yet. He said he now lives in a different state but the box of DVDs are in his home state, so he said to leave my details and he'll try to get someone back home to ship one, so let's hope it can happen.

Sorry for the long silence friends! Been rehabbing quadricep tendonitis for awhile and am happy to report that I'm skating again. My mid-40s have brought new kinds of injuries.
