New Chisel rules.

I prefer their mid-paced Oi anthems over the faster hardcore-ish tracks and this new one has more of that style.  Cry Your Eyes Out is a fucking banger

I mean i have no dog in the fight since i can’t go to either lol, but looking it up yes an equally stacked lineup. Jealous for both.

I def consider them a hardcore band. Thrashy fast and kinda grinding. But the heart beat is definitely legit

Did not expect that in 2024 I would be buying tickets to see Gorilla Biscuits,  and The Hope Conspiracy.

Also, who's fucking with the Big Ass Truck demo? I love some ignorant knuckle dragger shit sometimes.

Saw Mindforce. They were super good, as expected. The rest of the show however, let me tell you…

Venue was a paisa club, $10 modelo bottles.

No Way Out jumped the local sound guy because their intro didn’t play.

Local band, Manos de Fiero were a bunch of 17 year old tough guy cosplayers dropping homophobic slurs on stage.

Kids smoking m30s in the bathroom.

It was fucked up and I think I’m over going to shows for a while.

Saw youth of today and side by side a few weeks ago. old head show but YoT were great nonetheless.

I was standing next to a few dudes probably 10-15 years older than me who wouldn’t shut up about peeps taking vids of the set. They were just as obnoxious and annoying as the people filming everything

Don’t think I have any other hc shows lined up rn which is kinda a bummer. Still considering getting tix for sound and fury but not sure… thinking a single day ticket to see weekend nachos might be the move

Any pictures? I  have no idea what m30s means, but I would like to know what a paisa club with hardcore shows looks like.  What does Mindforce look like under fluorescent lighting.  Did Mindforce wear boots, cowboy hats, etc.  Not familiar with he other bands-- all west coast?
Out here m30s are fake percs, typicall stepped on fentanyl pressed into a pill.

I only took video during Excalibur.

Jay told them to turn off the strobe light at one point.

The rest of the bands are west coast: No way out is from LA. I don’t even remember the first 2 bands but they were from Orange County.

Saw kublai khan last month? Earlier this month? I don’t remember. They’ve got a really weird fanbase. Even dudes that went to the Bay Area show were kinda suspect. I feel like cops would like that band… Sunami played, seen them a bunch but they’re always good for a laugh. Judiciary also played and fucking killed it.
