Is Braydon on heroin? Not the board brand but like literal heroin? I don't know anybody that dresses like that dude other than people who like to shoot up.

But whoever said that the baker ams are nowhere as good you are definitely right. I think it was some skateboard mag article about like Terry, Herman and Spanky with Terry throwing bottles and shit. I don't really remember but Baker before deathwish had the best team in skateboarding. I remember that Spanky was better than Herman before all his surgery and shit.

Baker is still so fucking good though and you think that if Volume 4 is a board brand then they'd be spreading themselves pretty thin - losing Baca and Nuge.

But if The Boss, Herman and Figgy are still all on the same team then you can't really go wrong.

AH FUCK THE MARKETING DEPARTMENT GOT TO ME ASWELL.

This literally made me shit myself.

Spanky was never better than Herman. People just liked him more so he got hyped more and went pro first. I remember being puzzled as to why Spanky was pushed so much harder than Herman when they were new jacks and downright pissed when he went pro first.
Before you say the music sucked, have you considered shutting the fuck up?

1. Why are we even talking about this with no evidence that it's true?
2. Braydon and Lenoce are both integral parts of the Baker team and I highly doubt they'd just be dropped like they're nothing (especially since Braydon always said he'd kill himself if he couldn't ride for Baker.)
3. All of you talking shit on Dee and Cyril are just haters...Both of these guys are rippers (especially Cyril!) Go back and watch his part in Bake And Destroy, all of his YT shit on the Bakerboys channel, and his older 1031 parts and then come back here and tell me that he "sucks". If anything, I could see him becoming the next pro for Baker.

Give me a link or a press release saying this is true and then I'll believe it....Until then, shut the fuck up.

Can't give out my source, dude would be pissed. No need to believe me, just wait once the Team pages are back up for proof. I'm sure Reynolds will hook them up with jobs at Baker Boys if needed, but I haven't heard anything on that.

They may not have boards anymore, but getting kicked off completely?? I doubt it.

If this is true, they are both done. I thought Heyl was just a homie getting his name on a board. I didn't think he was actually pro, so how can he be dropped?

Three pages deep and not one piece of evidence.  Not going to waste time with an opinion until this is either confirmed or denied.
The team page is down so most likely someone is off.

It's cute to see kids still think the skateboard industry isn't eating it's young until it finds one that taste like an energy drink.

TK is lo longer the best black skateboarder so is he getting kicked? I do like crooked grinds but I have seen Terry do enough of these.

aha finally someone said it. & I'd never bring this up if the topic wasn't baker team cuts.

Why is every clip I ever see from TK have the words "warm-up" in it, how is it possible to warm up when your not putting out parts, and producing little to no web content.

I know a lot people are siked on him and the dudes talented, but it's kinda sad to see the same tricks from him over and over again from someone who got their career from being "next level" like three year into skating.

Dude seems to have plateaued out IMO, feel free to prove me wrong maybe I just have missed his stuff in mags or whatever. That baker trash compactor edit was the first I saw from him in a while.

He's getting a pro paycheck (?), don't fake the funk and pretend to be caught up with rapping when you're getting paid to skateboard. Would fit well on ice cream (if that's even a board company?).

[close]

tk is good and compared to all the other older baker boys he started skating way late. But I understand why people don't like him
[close]

that makes him good?
[close]

Well he's not bad. He isn't top notch I'm not a huge tk fan myself but he gets better each part he puts out and always has a good amount of footage. There Are pros that do a lot less than he does and have been skating since the early 90s

I don't think this is a case of people not wanting to shit-talk TK...more like a case of people forgetting he even exists. And if this is just about "personal progress" then Beagle deserves at least as much credit as TK, right?

And before someone brings up marketability, is he even relevant to today's "kids"? Maybe this all seems a little harsh, but if Lenoce and Braydon actually did get the boot and Kennedy didn't, that would be kind of odd.

Kennedy is super marketable and relevant if you want to take it to those levels.  always super nice to kids, that ice cream colorful shit still kept his "urban" appeal, His supra shit flies of the shelf with the fashion world still rocking the kicks, Fly Society is in all of the mall stores, His board graphics are actually funny and on point, and regardless of the difficultly/repetitive-ness of his tricks he gets his healthy amount of coverage ads and was in street league video games tv show you name it. relevant in mainstream skateboarding is almost a understatement at this point. etc. side note though i found this pretty gnarly.  anyone whos been here knows the danger in this spot.

Aaahhh the end of the fiscal year for a lot of companies...fun times on the other side.

If it is true I'm sure I'm sure the Baker dudes were honest and straight up about it with the guys which is the best way in this fucked industry. As much as we would all love of personal opinions of who should be pro, am or just on the team be the truth it's unrealistic. Companies have to evolve and unfortunately that means transitions of eras and riders. Fuck I retired myself to open up spots for the next generation to have an opportunity to live the dream like I was lucky enough to have.

That being said skateboarding is in a weird transition and the ride has just started but hey it's happened before and all it did was make us better.

Okay, I find it a bit hard to really see how the spot is, it might be pretty gnarly!

...but I've always thought that it was a bit of a long shot even turning him am - he makes the poorest lines (if he ever does one) and he has a pretty bad style too. But I guess he's a good friend of the boss, so it's all good.
