Just watched the trailer again to somehow give my little gossip ass any amount of credibility. I only saw two clips of PJ skating in the trailer. Things to consider: I may have missed some; They maybe didnt realize he wasnt in it as much; They may be keeping his footy lowkey. I dunno. Based on what Ive heard and see, I dont think this will be ANYWHERE close to the WHL Pt 2 we all want.

Also, its not like I wanted to believe it, but the evidence is there man. I went an rewatched the intro to New Balance  video. Theres 5 minutes of skate. He only has like 4  or 5 clips. 1 is at a skatepark, 1 is that crook fakie, and 1 is a flatground hardflip. So, because I am so personally offended by posting "the most regular thing" you have ever read, I will also include in my PM what I know about part order. Im not just making this out of my ass and posting nonsense. I know its not as on the hush as it is on the board. When I talk to people its like everyone seems to know, at least here in California. Okay. I'll tell my main source of evidence. I'll explain a few things first before though because I don't think not everyone on the board has an understanding of how this all works. First, things aren't like the Yeah Right days where you can can film the night before the premiere. There's filming deadlines, editing deadlines, iTunes deadlines, and other crap like that. Point being, these guys are given dates and that's it. You have what you have. Secondly, usually before a filming deadline everyone before will get together to watch everyone's footage to see where everyone's at and how much stuff they need. Like a footage party or meeting or whatever.

From what I know, in one of the more recent footage parties, when it comes time to watch pj's footage, he has 30 secs of footage. That's where I hear different things. I've heard several people say it was no clips at all and some say under a minute. Regardless, it was a clearly small amount amount with no clear change coming since it was so close to the filming deadline. The most credible source I heard this from was from a friend who is a friend who was there for the meeting.

It sucks to hear and I'm bummed but I'm like forced to believe it. In this case, my friend is a pretty big name and doesn't just make up rumors or anything. He's the one who told me some of trick and part order stuff I know  (haha and whether or not there is El Toro footage in the video). I already knew about some of the tricks, and he didnt know I knew, so that just adds to me believing him.

So the balls in your court slap. Believe me or not. Let's all hope its just a big dumb rumor. Maybe he was able to come through the last month or something.

First of all, PJ is the best!!!!  Now with that said I can only imagine his personal level for what qualifies in his part is extremely high, therefore I am not surprised if he only wanted less than a minute of footy to be showcased....assuming he wants to stay at the groundbreaking level which is really difficult to do in this day and at his age (he is over 30 right?).  Personally, I hope that he loosens his standards a little and we are allowed to see a lot of footage and a full part, if not he will surely need to film a transworld or a newbalance part in the very near future as waiting this long for any pro to put out a full part is a little absurd and I am pretty sure he doesnt want to be in an industry job just yet. 

With the NYC footy and last years real street stuff, I truly believe he could have a full 3 minute part of awesomeness, we will just have to wait and see I guess.

I used to think, Why the fuck are all these pros wasting good ass crazy footage on those things? For ESPN? WTF??

Then I found out why, I guess ESPN pays retardedly well. For the filmers too! I dont know the exact number, but I think the skaters and filmers get 10K just from being in it period, then the higher you advance, the more you get. what MADE PJ - PJ - wasn't his untouchable skill alone, but how he did it. in WHL it looked like he had the most fun ever, like everything was play... nollie 360 kickflip in a line... no problem.. chilling... smiles and stokedness everywhere. 360 heelflip down a set, randomly, kus you know - pj.

now, it looks like he films just to earn a paycheck. that's probably why we don't see much footage of him... he puts out the minimum to keep people enticed. which makes sense... he's legend status and has a skill that people love. i'd probably be doing the same.

The progress of any video is determined by the slowest member. Pros like Danny and Colin skate mega ramp and vert and are considerably older than other pros. Hence it's a little easier to get injured and have a longer recovery time. So yes it probably got pushed back because of them but it wasn't pushed back by them if that makes sense. I don't think P Rod was pissed being the most productive member of Plan B. Not sure if he was or wasn't but being productive as a pro skater is different than being productive in any other sort of team excercise. He can easily use that footage with any of his other sponsors, release a little internet video etc etc. The way you can use footage is unlimited in the skate industry. It can be a promo, or art, or video material or a giveaway or whatever. I don't think he's going to use any of it in his primitive stuff, haven't really seen any to be honest so someone else can weigh in on whether or not he's riding Plan B's in that footage. If he's not then he accumulated all that footage for nothing and now it's basically unuseable.
