I did, but I’m ordering online so I may well regret that choice… Lakai always fitted true to size for me though

Just picked up some 52mm F4 spits in classic shape. Haven't skated round wheels or wheels that size for a minute. Looking to up my flatground game.

Bought one of these a decks while back and was so pretty I hung it on the wall. Bought another one to shred instead. WKND Jordan Taylor 8.6 with Indy 159 hollows and Emerica Dickson's...I'm sold on the full shape...

i’m also a fan of wknd’s shapes. too bad they’re manufactured by PS stix primarily though… not a fan of their wood. too flexy for me. all my favorite brands are on PS Stix but i don’t ride them because BBS wood serves me best :(

The new Gonz dayglo sweatpants deck in 8.5. Loving this shape and I haven’t had a colorful graphic in a year. The deck has a speckled finish maybe it’s a slick?

Eye’ing a third pair of half cabs or the Knox 440 low. I don’t need any but after unloading my Nikes my feet no longer hurt after skating.

Yeah, this is my first PS, will see how it goes. I have a stack of BBS decks on ice and a couple of lightly used ones too. I just like new shit I guess, ha.

Volcom Frickin Skate Chino’s in black. Relaxed Straight fit with a super nice 18.5” leg opening.

They’re alot baggier than what I usually wear as I never get the looser fit options but dude, these are super comfy and plush. They’re chino’s but they look and feel like jeans but aren’t restrictive as jeans at all. Wore em with my white Tyshawn’s and *chef’s kiss*. Got em on 60% off at my local outlet so I doubled up on em. I’m gonna keep one just to rock and one to skate. They fucking make you feel good which raises your confidence bc you feel like you’re dripped out lol

Burnside fundraiser wheels. 58mm Classics. Kind of wish they were Classic Fulls but all good. Heard they've been selling like hotcakes at the local shops. Glad to snag a set.

Speaking of which, mine just got delivered.  Bought as a wall hanger since I love the graphic, but it's going to be tough not to skate.

Get hungry on it!

Finally bought some Riptides. Even if I don't notice them the fact that I spent that much on pivot cups will force me to stick with a specific truck.

yeah, mine would probably end up on the wall as well. i got lucky with that Eggxorcist board, Fos hook them up with some eventhough it was a Halloween online exclusive release.. might need another Curbkiller, with the wheel wells.

Mini Logo 8.38 trucks, hard to find a low truck on anything bigger than 8.25 trucks. First time I'm committing to riding trucks that pull the wheelbase in (+2.75", quick measurement, no mounting hardware), for more than a quick push around on Ace / Theeve.
Venture Truck Height:

5.0 & 5.2 LO
STANDARD - 1.88” - 47.75mm
FORGED - 1.85”- 46.99mm

5.0 ,5.2, 5.6, 5.8 & 6.1 HI
STANDARD - 2.09” - 53.09mm
FORGED - 2.04” - 51.82m

Tiago Lemos Indy mid 144. SW had em for $20 a piece.

I had in mind that these were gonna be lower than my aces. But my aces are lower compared to the stock indys.

The mids came with a black bushings that I can’t stand. I want to put some og Indy bushings - that wouldn’t affect the geometry of the mids would it?

Ordered some Vans Half Cabs. Been a bit. Not sure why I don't just pretend these are my pro model and skate them exclusively.

Got the Klez 8.75 deck earlier today, then had to go back to the shop because my hardware is falling out of my trucks. Turns out they were unboxing the new Quasi shit while I was there, so I had to scoop the Please go to hell egg...

For those curios about the quasi egg, here's the measurements taken in the way we're used to

WIDTH: 9"
LENGTH: 31.75"
WB: 13.75"
WIDTH (FRONT TRUCK): 8.625"
WIDTH (BACK TRUCK): 8.5"
LENGTH (NOSE): 7.25"
LENGTH (TAIL): 6.875"

Got some of the F4 97A Classics in 54mm. My town got a new park with super slick concrete and I was sliding out more than I’d like to there on 99A Classics. I also suck at skating. These grip better but still slide when I want them to so it feels like for $38 I instantly became a better skater. No regrets.

44 bucks: https://www.oldskullskateboards.com/element-x-peanuts-roy-x-loy-deck-8-46/

Never skated an Element before, but it was on sale, plus its Peanuts!  ;D

They are BBS and all the Element boards I have were on such a good sale, good shapes, solid wood, etc (just de graphic / painted them and away I went).

Funny about the size though, 8.46 is so random.

Curious if it is about that size, or more likely an 8.5 x 32 with 14.25 wb as stated.

I talk too much about skateboards.  Sorry.

I'll measure and report back.  :) Thank you for your constantly updated "CURRENT WOODSHOP DIRECTORY" thread. Makes buying decks online easy. The local shop is text/call to open, and the owner stopped replying to me. So I guess I'm blacklisted. Idk why, but oh well, online shopping will have to suffice.
The dimensions sound awful close to a Baker B16. I was always curious how similar those Loy Elements were to the Baker shape. I also noticed one of the first Colin Provost Creature decks was the same 8.475x31.875 14.25wb as the B16 though Element and Baker sharing shapes through BBS makes more sense than doing it with Dwindle.
