Skate Shit you've Bought Recently

I was able to buy some nb440 for $35 at Ross. Pretty stoked.

Used the SPOT halloween discount to get some GT lows in the all black with white check and bottom. Never skated Blazers but these ones catch my eye. Was gonna wait til Ishod 2 to buy more shoes but the deal was sweet. Got some bearrings and a frog T plus some hardware for 90$ total free shipping. Feel like the Blazers alone would be 90$ normally with shipping.

i’ve been teetering on the fence about buying some gt’s/or blazers. nikes fit my foot the best, in general. i’ve been crippling myself skating in old half cabs, but i don’t think blazers are much better

the boards last and last. and last.
i skated an old girl board last night, and i’ve always got one in the rotation.
the wood can feel a little stiffer than i prefer….but the length of time their decks remain functional is really impressive.
it’s the shapes that amaze me

Just got these Accel OGs and was pleasantly surprised to find out they trimmed down the padding in the tongue and it seems like they got rid of some in the back too.

Just ordered another AH Genius shape. Such a sick cruiser shape and the current drop has wheel wells. Might end up also trying it out with hard wheels  on curbs....

They are a dark brown with a black sole - best colorway I've seen in a while.  I go back to the Accel every now and again just because it fits my wide foot so well.  Now that they took a good bit of stuffing from the tongue and it seems like a little from the collar, I think I'll be going back to these more often.  Definitely looks and feels better on foot.

Ya, i like mellow and flat boards. If i enjoy that one, ill probably order a few more while they are only 25 bucks just to have a little stash of them.
