been on a DC run lately, don't know why I did this to my wallet but couldn't let these sit on depop & ebay for good prices, esp those grey/red Lynx lightly skated for $30

LOL no way! what are the chances? hope you're not a size 10 then we'd really be dueling for these pairs  ;D

skating the grey/red Lynx now and next will be the Kalynx, want another pair of Shanahan's (but not for $140 retail) they're much comfier than the Clocker 2s even though it has the same mid and outsole.

yeah I really really love the JS-1. Shanahan did such a great job designing and I can’t help but support the dude and his skating. I find good luck just googling the shoes and finding them on sale or mercari, depop, eBay like you

Nope. They don't feel any lighter either.

The 'gripper' bit is ok but it only [does what it it says] digs into the grip, you don't pound them into the deck like the Randoms bolts.

They also don't stay black.

For the premium (I needed to max out for free shipping so said fuck it) it's not worth it.

Bday present from my girl.
Wanted to skate a WKND board already for way too long but you can't find them around here. Some wax never hurts.
Sir, I'm going to politely, but firmly, ask you and your common sense to leave this establishment.

I just ordered some 50mm conical lil smokies. The older I get, the closer to the ground I need to be.

They’re so damn fun too; I’m in love with them.
Being less spendy while having a superior (read: minimal) graphic makes them a no-brainer for me when it comes to choosifying smaller wheels.
Reducing waste is another plus.

I love you, li’l smokies!

I wanna play you in a game of SKATE for the right to continue talking shit on me… You think you got me?

Not like a hollow kingpin or axle if at all. The holes are tiny. IDK what I was thinking maybe that they looked cool? They do their job and the flanges in the head might be nice but I don't really have hardware issues in general.

Used my skate warehouse settlement money since I figured they're not doing site wide sales this year. Got some 58mm conical fulls, bones Swiss, bronze 56 hardware and some axle nuts. Just need some v-cast and a violet deck

Got some Thunder 97 bushings. This is after trying 94a and Bones hard bushings. Hoping this solves my bushing madness. If this doesn’t work I might try some Indy bushings next.

Not a fan of Santa Cruz by any means but Asta seems like a nice guy and a huge nerd so that's a plus. Sure Flip is not what it used to be but that classic Flip HKD thing has a soft spot in my heart and both boards were mad cheap

There is still the 100a thunders to try ;0

I didn't feel much diff between the 94/97s (or bones) but did when I jumped to 100a (the black rebuild kit ones) and have been having great luck with them. It's crazy how thunders vs any other truck I've ridden retain their characteristics the harder the bushings...I still wheeltbite on the 100s but it's much less and they still turn/act like a thunder so not much is lost (they're more rigid than tight now). I can throw 96a indys into indys and they don't turn at all/lose all indy characteristics (same for when I slapped in ace hards in the ACE lows).

Everyone just seems to not fuck with thunder bushings (due to the height of the bottom bushing issue) you never really see (on this forum anyway) talk of the 97/100a for those that have WB issues (I was one of them for the longest time).

Got this sci-fi from the local. 8 inch wide and I think it's a touch longer than the tractor beam 8 inch I had a few months ago but the same 14.25 wheelbase if I'm not mistaken.  Graphic is a pretty cool raised glitter deal

Same. I got the white-studded and blue-snakeskin. You?

5.8 Ventures and Quantum Metallics. The bearings were unnecessary but the Snot branding had me sold.
