I'm curious: Do you still have a shoe rack or have you moved up to a shoe room?
[close]
Here in CZ shoe racks are by default on flats but the one that we have is bigger than the average ones. Also have a extra closet
[close]

Thanks! I love seeing all the additions to your collection but I couldn't help wondering where you put them all. Now that you mention it I remember this kind of shoe rack in my buddy's apartment in Prague. Pretty ingenious.

My gf shoes and mine mixed up a per @scab request.
Sir, I'm going to politely, but firmly, ask you and your common sense to leave this establishment.

Limo softgoods any good? Was thinking of snagging a hoodie but heard mixed things

i'll have an accurate summary once it arrives in a few days. seen people around with them and they look cozy. i didn't pull the trigger on it when that hoodie initially came out a while ago and regretted it for a while, thankfully they put it out again.

the hoody is on the thinner side. i was hoping that it would be a bit beefier, but it will make a great spring/summer evening wear.

Huge limo fan but the cost to quality on their soft goods make them a hard pass.  I’ve had three hoodies, and a few hats and have finally learned my lesson.. still love that brand I wish they would up the quality

I would like them to make less but up the quality of each piece. Their prices would make more sense if the clothes actually lasted. This actually goes for most skate companies. So much of their drop each season is just sale rack fodder for 2 months down the road. Make each piece good and maybe even do signature pieces for those pros without clothing sponsors as an additional way to support them.

i would much rather limo take trips and pay the team

plus, if the prices suck now
who would spend 2x or 3x for the well made pieces?
i do understand the sentiment of wanting better
but that sounds like a highly unlikely ask

My local shop is sadly closing on the 29th of this month so I stopped in for the last time yesterday and picked up a couple of items.

I've been wanting to try NB# for a while but could never justify spending that much on skate shoes. All shoes were 40% off so I was able to get a pair of 440v2 highs in the black and gum color for 50 bucks. I also got a set of 53mm 99a f4 classics. after trying them on my feet rejoiced. I can see the old man hype now lol

Dang that board is badass

does look sick.
i bought this shape in early covid and that deck had long covid: hated it. hate is too strong. it was not ideal. started a string of me not having a good bbs board that lasted for years (ride bbs gx now and its good). aaaaaaaanways, shape was cool, the deck felt lighter in hand, and had a stupid graphic of moose 69ing or some such thing. the lightness, was noticeable, and should have been a giveaway that something was off/undercooked. i also had unreasonably high hopes, as i once got this light light light baker b16, that was one of the best decks i’ve had in the last 10 years. that board was weird in that i never would have picked it, it was a ‘dee’ for chrissakes, sky blue background, classic baker font, but there were very faint baker all over print on the background. i ended up giving it to a buddy and he was super stoked on it, and theorized maybe it had been a pro-spec board and escaped into the wild.
blah blah

hope you have a good time on that board, great graphic

Shit was lightwork.

I did notice that and Indy kingpin is easier to hammer out more than an Ace or Lurpiv kingpin(way more splines). Thankfully I had a can of creeping oil to spray in the baseplates to knock em out fast. The Acer ikp is very sick, as is the slappy one

Damn I left my bubbler at my parents house

Haven’t tried ceramic bearings, hopefully they’re good

Yup, all 7 blue. North American maple. Hand pressed in Pennsylvania and you can tell there was a lot of effort to make it a great deck. I’m very happy with it

I do too, they’re sick. The company is run by a dude who has been putting on for the local skate community for almost 20 years now. I believe he designed this graphic himself

Should work on my flip tricks more, but naw these are for my slappy setup. V3 103s slide so good.

Wanted to axle my 5.8s before getting 149s, but I'm pretty close and 149s on sale.

Was between these or new OJ 101a 54mm wheels with some Bronson raws that I’ve been wanting to try but they didn’t have the raws so I guess these will be skated eventually.

Really loving this color way. Not a NB# fan but this one’s an exception👍

new set of f4 53mm conical spitfires for the spring/summer. but this time i opted for the bones big ball bearings. always been a reds guy, but wanted to try something different that i probably will not notice while skating.

curious if anyone here has skated those bearings, and if they lasted longer or shorter than normal reds, or if theres really no difference.

I mean I skated them and hated them as did a few friends. In all of our cases the cages cracked and in general they jammed a lot and felt slower than Swiss.
