They're stiff and crisp when you set it up and they stay consistent for a while. I've strayed away by my own curiosity to a pstix wknd board, santa cruz, and an april deck. pstix feels spongy all around. But bbs is probably a replacement to the crail wood. But they still feel flexy. I feel crail is the only distributor to really dial in their shapes. Or to actually publicly have access to the different shapes they have. Who else is doing that? I know powell, bbs, and dsm have a numbering system. But there isn't a dedicated page/sight for that info(not that I know of).
