i'm sure he is but it's still a fucked up protocol to blast a kid's name before he's been found guilty. afterwards i'd have no problem w/ it and i guess we wouldn't have this thread if his privacy was maintained til the court has adjourned but it's a slippery slope.
As much as i dislike these doods I hear what your saying.
They did the same to my brother in law who was innocent.
Blasted the fuck outta him before court even now he cant even leave his house or work.
Hes a fuckin wreck
Damn dude that sucks sorry to hear that. May I ask what happened?? If you don't want to share that's totally cool.
This kind of thing can actually send innocent people to prison and destroy lives. It's fucked, but it happens. There've been cases where guys have been falsely accused and lost everything only for the prosecution's 'case' to fall apart/get thrown out.
I'm not defending Cumbag or the others (I doubt anyone would want to), but I think that the prejudicial way that courses are presented in the media and the way that verdicts appear to be made before even setting foot in a courtroom is fucked.
Sorry to hear about you brother-in-law Epic. That shit's heavy.
