Is there any appreciable difference between thee 533 and 533 v2? I’ve found some 533’s (Black/gum) on sale in my size in Australia that I’m considering buying.

Ideally I want 440’s or 913’s but they are either unavailable or way to expensive online and NB Australia has next to nothing in stock on any of the lines. I like what NB has to offer and I’m nearly through to the sole on my Nike’s so I need to pull the trigger ASAP

TIA

There's a very good chance that those 533s you found are v2s and that info just didn't make it to the listing. The revision happened as far back as 2017 I think so either they're old as shit or they left out part of the model name. I remember seeing this from NB themselves a few seasons ago. Just look to see if they say anything about lace protection and you will be able to confirm they are the v2s.

Just some quick clarity on the 1010's for you guys-
The launch of this shoe is in Aug.  Our US order got delayed from the factory so we don't even have them here in the US warehouse just yet, but surprisingly the Europe order was on time and delivered there.  So they ended up getting them in their zone and shipping out on accident before the launch...nothing sinister or anything other than a mixup.

The shoe is already out in Europe. The Tiago 1010 have been selling on eBay in every size and colorway but all the ads were pulled on Saturday July 27th.  I understand mistakes were made but let the European shops sell the product!

I'm curious to see the Tiago's in person but these were some of the first NB to catch my eye in a minute.

Library has a full run right now.  https://libraryskateshop.com/products/new-balance-shoes-all-coasts-am574

Anyone know if these run size wise?

If you get the 533s be sure to size up because that shoe fits at least a half size small. I wear a 10.5 in all Nike, Adidas and Vans and I got my NB 533s in 11 and they are still a tiny bit too small

Those are sick, I love brown/gum shoes. The color reminds me of the Brown/Bling Reynolds 1s

NB 533 v1 - 1.0 shoe size up
NB 533 v2 - 0.5 shoe size up (you can still do 1.0 size up, but they won't be as comfortably snug as 0.5 size up)

What are the launch colorways for the Tiagos? Are they just the White/Blue/Yellow & All Black?

Oh my. I like this, a lot.

Are those designed for skateboarding? They definitely look like they’d hold up nicely.
At least when you're a washed-out hipster douchebag in NY, you can milk it at some decent looking, hard to skate spots. In LA you're just a tan-lined faggot in a school yard somewhere.

I believe these are part of the All Coasts line, which Rothdigga has said uses thinner materials, not specifically designed for skateboarding (but that doesn't mean you can't try)

Does anyone have firsthand experience with the 913? I want to try a cupsole and it’s the 913 or the AVE pro. My local shop has no NB inventory in my size. I normally wear an 11 in Vans, do I need to size up the 913? Thanks

I had 913's, and found them true to size. A little bit snug/narrow in the heel and mid-foot, but they stretched a bit, and would have been too long in the toebox if I sized up. For reference, I also wear an 11 in most brands, wear cupsoles exclusively, and found NB# 440's and 420's to fit a half size too big.

Thank you. I want to try something different and my local spot is thin on inventory to try on.

search this thread, gave a lot of comments on them. They’re pretty much tanks to me to wear daily and skate when I can

Both are TTS and both were a tiny bit snug before stretching a little. I didn’t like the 913 at first but now I wear it to work everyday because they are so comfortable.
