Those new 440Hs look good. Might get the Black ones. White ones are clean, but these Tom Knox ones I have look ugly now after skating them 😅

NB has been “it” for a couple years. Nike been number 2 and then everything else. That Franky shoe is what I want in a vulc. A beefed up half cab. I’ll take white on white suede leather combos with gum outsole asap please and thanks.

Those villanis look great!  417 so that would make it a cup or a crazy tech vulc ? I’m not super into leather skate shoes but damn if the leather was suede instead it would be ideal for me. But either way NB gonna get my money.

As stated above, vulc confirmed.  Named the 417 because of the "714" area code he's from in Santa Ana (but can't use 714 as that would denote tech per our numbering system). 
Also, the leather you see is PU coated suede, so if you skate it, it'll actually wear down to a suede.  Just an FYI for those who prefer suede, it's sort of a combo of both as it looks super nice like leather but then will wear down as a durable suede once skated.  A lot of our shoes have that feature so don't be scared off by the leathers if you're questioning it.
Marketing is hitting for these early May, but you should start seeing them pop up in shops anytime.

I don’t see the resemblance to a halfcab you guys are talking about, other than being a midtop Vulc, but cut/shape is quite different.
Anyway, the shoe looks great, and somehow original panelling in a sea of unoriginal Vulc shoes.
Also excited to hear that a Tom Knox pro-model is coming. NB# killing it!

Aside from it being an overall amazing looking shoe, it's crazy how much better the embroidered N looks compared to the sewn on ones on every other NB shoe. Hope there's a black or gray colorway coming out at some point.

The N being considerably smaller than it is on other models helps with that too

Man, I don’t know how folks jump down stuff in vulcs. I like how they feel and look, but can’t do them cause my bad knees. The 440s are a nice balance between protection and board feel.

Franky is a big dude too. He might feel something in his 30s 😅

It’s funny, I’ve found the 213 to be tts, but not the 808.

Well I’ve decided. Once I run through my current shoes. I’m getting those green or maybe white  Frankys. Even though my old ass is trying stay away from Vulcs I can’t resist them much longer. 272s felt more supportive to me than 440s. Which doesn’t make sense. But I’m hoping these have that efffect.
