Skated twice in the 808s now and I really like that shoe. These gonna last forever. Swapped the insoles to even thinner ones so my foot sits slightly lower. Might put the original insoles back when the shoes are more broken in. I didnt feel the shoes weight when walking but skating them I can feel the difference compared to my 440s I skated previously. Nothing that would bother me though. Now I have 3 pairs in stock so gonna take some time to go through all those.  :)

Wide shoes bros- Looks like NB.com will start putting up Q2/Summer 24 product around March 15.  So to those that are looking for more wides, start checking around then.  440 won't have a ton BUT I see a re-stock of the 440 wide coming on May 11.
574 and 272 will have wide options up on March 15 as well.  No 440-Hi wides this run but Q3 24 has some wides coming.

Thanks rothdigga, I've been checking this thread daily waiting for an indication that more wides are in stock.

Yeah definitely this. I got excited for a second that it might've been a sneak peek at something new when I saw that clip but you can see the red sole pretty clearly. I'm skating a pair of them right now and now that I'm getting used to them, they're starting to feel really good.

Was hoping for a black pair but not a fan of the contrast stitching, the white ones are looking reeeeal nice however.

contrast stitching is so nasty, makes it look like some 90s target skecher shoe

Ditto.  But only in this combo.  Vans uses it well

Same sentiments here. I'm not a fan of contrast stitching, but white stitching on black fabric looks great, and I think that look peaks on the black/white Half Cabs.

Those both are my favorite colorways of the 440s so far. I love a good contrast stitch. If those were all black with the contrast stitch, I'd probably end up with a pair...

Could've sworn we had some kind of confirmation of a 480 hi in black; not sure if a full blackout but I'm hopeful.

They looked pretty skater waiter but maybe there's a gum sole. Nearly positive the outsole was black.

Almost all blackout but with a gum slice on the very bottom.  I think those are going to come out in May.  We have a few things coming over April/May.
