Wasn’t a huge fan of the 440v2 upgrades initially but come on mannnn you know I had to get a pair for my city! The clip posted above sold me on them 100%. Scooping my pair up after work

If anyone has enough clout to make a model without the signature "N," it would be Reynolds. I get its their branding but a solid cupsole option that doesn't have a giant logo would sell to an audience that likes everything about the product but the logo.

I can live with the logo but it's always nagging at me. And for some reason, cutting it off also feels wrong.

I’ve been trying to figure out what he’s gonna do with a shoe from 440 to 1010 you really have your bases covered . I could see him trying to do something that straddles the line between performance skate shoe and great everyday shoe with how much he’s been posting and liking posts with nb lifestyle shoes. a skate shoe you could walk all day in and not wanna take off after the sesh could be great crossover hit for the NB

Copped a pair from Orchard. I love that this shoe is a nod to the 990v3, which is one of favorite sillouettes to wear at work. Huge contender for shoe of the year in my opinion

I tried searching this thread but couldn't find a direct answer. How does NB sizing compare to Vans? I wear a size 9, usually half cabs, looking to get some 440 highs. Should I size up or down or stick with a 9?

Stick with a 9, the 440 Highs run a little bit long. I wear a 10 in Cabs and I have a pair of 440 Highs in 10.5 that are just a smidgen too big, they feel better with thicker socks on foot. Version 1 I mean btw I haven't tried the v2's

I've cut the N off a few different models. Its easy and I like the way the stitching still leaves a faint outline. Sharp blade. no worries.

I understand it's easy but my unreasonable mind doesn't let me make make mods like that. I also think its silly I can't do it.
