Looks like full length abzorb.. and no fuelcell? Surprised no fuelcell like 480, or is it dual layer heel maybe? Need full tech specs.

In all honesty when I saw them I was like "Uhmm, nope." And now I'm like "Still nope, they are kinda ugly but probably irl they look better and also I'll see Reynolds skating them and I'll fell for it like a fool even though I think they're ugly".
They kinda look a little bit like Franky's shoes.
Sir, I'm going to politely, but firmly, ask you and your common sense to leave this establishment.

Ugly in a classic NB way and will likely skate well but I can't put those on my feet

They look comfy and good imo. Will not buy them when they come out because I have too much shoes but I m not sure how long I ll be able to resist once I see Reynolds skating them.

Probably won't cop because I don't skate lows and I already have a handful of regular low NBs for chillers.

This does look like it will skate well for people who like lows, and the middle of the road/similar to normal NB styling makes me think it will sell well.

Hopefully for Reynolds it does.

Just as I thought when I saw the cover, like a 993 and OG Lynx hybrid. Stoked, gonna cop multiple fosho.

If you skated the Emerica Reynolds G6 the mid or low, you remember no board feel at all. I wonder if these will be like that since Reynolds has stated how much he hates board feel.

The 933 certainly don't look like they have a lot of boardfeel.

Didn't know that about Reynolds. No wonder the 480 seriously lacks boardfeel.

Thus it's probably safe to say the new model is not going to be my cup of tea, but as always, it's gonna be hard to resist trying out a pair.

The 480 gets so much better with time. That shoe is at its best right before they're completely dead. Kind of a bummer. But those last few weeks of life on that shoe are so nice.

Love that they incorporated elements from various 990 models.  That brown colourway isn’t for me, but I’d definitely consider buying a different one if they feel good on foot.

Definitely not a fan of that colorway but definitely love the overall feel of the shoe.

Hopefully some more simple colorways drop.

Not a fan of brown colourways in general, hopefully NB# show off some of the other colourways with these leaks.

Hyped on the Reynolds shoe!!! That brown colorway looks good too. It really shows off the different kind of foams they used! Still hyped to see more colorways but I’m very happy with how it looks. Definitely gonna be grabbing a pair on day 1.

Remove the red, make the heel block a different color, ditch the leather near the N, remove the brown suede center piece on the tongue and I would like it more. I get what they wanted to do, but they mashed up too many runners and coulda toned it down slightly to look more coherent. Putting a 990, 993, and it looks like some 913 and older model influences is too much. I get that design nerds and Reynolds would love that process, but it didn't really strike me as 'this is different AND I'm super down' like the Tiago did. The 600 wasn't all that different from other indoor soccer/handball type shoes, but they executed it super well.

Given he stacks insoles in most shoes that are not the 480 or 808 I would expect it to skate like a brick/be fairly thick. Not a bad thing if that is what you're into.

The main thing, or maybe only thing I like about that shoe is the Lynx shape/sole.

Colorway is uninspiring. I stated previously that the shoe would look better with a gum or black sole, but that still doesn’t touch on the fact that grey and brown don’t really go well together.

I’m back in after seeing photos. I’d bet the board feel and sole is very similar to the 1010.

In a different colorway ( I can see some dope air max type colorways looking good here ) I’d wear these as chillers. But idk if I’d skate them. I’m fine with sporty chillers but I don’t really like sporty skate shoes.

It's a pretty cool shoe!
I would've done a few things differently personally, like raising the toe spring a lil bit to have a better "running" stance, or make the paneling a bit more radical in the front half, looks a bit too safe compared to the back half. Even just making the vamp underlays a different material would help balancing it out I feel.
Still, major kudos for pushing a sporty silhouette like this, big fan of this style of shoe & I bet it skates like a dream.

It does seem like a teched out Frank Villani shoe. I can see some crazy colors coming out. A lot of different panels going on. I dig it. Definitely not something Emerica would have put out for Reynolds

Such a small thing, but I wish there was a little asymmetrical big toe panel thing. I really like looking down at that. Otherwise definitely gonna try them and like the look.

I feel like I couldn’t skate it cause of the thickness but I will probably buy multiple pairs and try so long it doesn’t have the heel slip issue 1010s have for me. Either way you know that it’s gonna be super comfy and probably have good mainstream crossover.

That mock up is much better!

Would you be so kind as to play around with taking the white out of the shoe? Red behind the “N” and black sole and laces?

*edit* or red “N” with a black in place of white around the “N”, black sole, black laces, grey runner.

I am not saying this is the same shoe but you can see how NB can color up the Reynolds shoe crazy if they wanted to. The sole being different colors can create some interesting looks.

I get heavy project BA vibes from that new Reynolds shoe, it looks nice. hoping the arch isn't as pronounced as the 1010's, which I had no issues with until recently discovered it's doing something to my push foot and I can't skate in them anymore :(
