This is not only the most sought-after dad skate shoe, it is also aimed precisely at this target group. Who else would buy a skate shoe for 150 bucks?
I mean, there are kids currently skating in $280 Jordans 😅

fuckit ordered a wide since i couldnt find any regular 13s.

1010s and most new balance numerics fit me true to size. My only complaint is when the back of the show is narrow and tippy, never really noticed shoes being snug in the forefoot, just feels normal for the most part

How much wider/different are nb numeric wides vs normals? Am I cooked? I gona be swimming in these things?

Local posted there’s a few sizes left.   Seems like the price tag isn’t a factor, especially when you realize the matcha yuto’s cost about the same and certainly had less in the shoe to offer

The rear of the shoe feels super stable, for me it's notable vs even a 1010.

If you have high volume feet these are not for you especially in the toebox. I have very low volume wide bird feet and the toebox is very snug top to bottom.

130.00$ is a lot. I got the Camel ones as a b-day treat for myself. I hope they fit my foot okay.

When they arrive, I just... I just... want to SAUNTER

Picked up the Black/Olive pair from Skate Warehouse. I went with my 808 size (10.5) as opposed to my 1010 size (10). Hope it works out

I ordered a pair for pickup just so I could make sure I could try on the size to see what I'd need when the grey days come out ... they looked so good in person I went home with them...

Maybe this was answered but what does this thing on the back of the shoe mean?

Thank you my man!  Total luck as I hadn't worn them in forever but I lost 25 lbs and now I have to wear all of my old clothes again haha

I'll make it quick but feel free to reach out if you want more info.  I have coached people through this.  I regularly fast for both health and religious reasons.  I also do animal based eating or carnivore depending on what I'm working with.  I was also vegan for 3.5 years.  I have tried most things to find out what works for me.  I don't trust others to know what will work for my body, but I have figured out what in the short term can help with weight loss and inflammation.  It's been a game changer coming up on 50 and still skating.

Right on - I found keto (which seems to be in the same neighborhood) works really well when I can commit.

Yeah, the grey pant with the grey heel accent actually looks pretty solid.

I’ll concede that the shoe looks much better on feet than in the first promo photos.

Still not stoked on the colorways, but NB always comes through on that front.

Kind of surprised rose anvil got a video. They just started doing skate shoe reviews fairly recently. Watching it though it seems like this is the best one.

Edit: that all black and gum pair towards the end is badass. Really like that one.

i think because they focus on the quality of the shoes, and because this is a higher priced shoe it vouches for the build and construction. aswell they have over a million subscribers giving them the biggest viewer base on the platform for this type of content.

I've heard Reynolds also is a big youtube follower. I could see him inviting the three channels he watches all the time. He is a shoe cutter after all.

Picked up my 933’s. Had about 30 mins for skating flat in them. TTS for me and I normally skate the 306’s and 440’s and janoski’s. A little narrow on my right foot but nothing a little skating and maybe making my laces looser won’t help. Wide probably would be too wide and a half size up would be too long. Took a second to feel good since I don’t love cup soles historically out of the box but by the last few tricks felt pretty normal and with less fatigue than I would normally have and that’s really the whole point of me getting them. Excited to get a few real sessions in.

I wasn't going to watch another one of these videos UNTIL you said "all black and gum pair towards the end". So, I got to clicking and watching.
