Went a half size up in the reynolds. Wear a 9.5 in Tiago 1010 for reference. Sole feels a bit thicker than 1010. Runner toe is excellent for flip tricks in my opinion.

For anyone interested, the Canadian New Balance site says the brown 933's are available tonight at midnight from them. I know not many shops up here have received the brown ones yet, so that might be the move if you're really set on that colour. Ninetimes and Pro Skates do have some sizes though, so give your money to a skate shop if you can.

EDIT: For the Big Foot Pals, Town City in PEI has the brown ones in stock in 12 and 12.5. No idea what that means regarding their construction/glue, in light of what dinosaurjr posted above.

Thanks a lot. I just purchased 12.5 from Town City but I’m a little confused. I didn’t see 12.5 in men’s on the NB wesbsite. I hope I didn’t just purchase 12.5 in women’s.

Hopefully Roth can confirm that 12.5 in men’s do exist.

Been wearing my size 13 olive black for 6 days straight

These are tts. Dont spread fake news. Yeah supportive bc each layer is backed/durability. Could feel slightly snug but it’s more locked in fit - I guess w the stiffness/support.

Midsole is absolutely perfect especially
Forefoot - everything I’ve read in this thread for a few years abut wanting forefoot cushion
[close]

My experience is as valid as anyone else’s. Half size up, and they’re still small for my foot shape.

I’m glad they work for the majority of you folks though.
[close]

Don't spread fake news is such a crazy response to sharing how a shoe fit you lol.
[close]
not really, many people have never had their foot properly measured and/or don’t comprehend how a shoe should fit. Foot shape a diff ballgame that sometimes can’t be fixed by sizing larger

Hoping shops get greys sooner than NB website drop 5/26

Good for “many people”? By offering a differing experience I am giving people a heads up on what they may face, even if they are the minority.

Glad ya’ll have baby feet.

TTS just means the shoe fits as expected based on standard sizing, not that they fit everybody single persons foot perfectly.

If your foot is shaped like a parallelogram and it doesn't fit inside a normal fitting shoe... that doesn't mean the shoe isn't TTS.

If anything, it would probably imply that the shoe isn't TTS if it fits your weird foot perfectly.

Also if you knew that your feet are weird and may need more room why wouldn't you try the wides instead...

When New Balance, one of the largest footwear companies on the planet, designs a shoe for the general population and calls it true to size, and most people on this forum agree... maybe, just maybe, the issue isn’t the shoe

I had to size UP just to get the proper length of the shoe. That already means without any other factor, the shoe is not TTS for me.

I didn’t wanna have to admit this, as it is more of a matter of shame, but I am probably more qualified to comment on NB# shoes here than just about anybody who isn’t employed by the company. I own probably roughly around 80 pairs (maybe more) and have about 25 pairs in my current rotation. In every model (808 aside) I am a 10.5.

Also, having been given a pair of wide 440’s I can also comment on why I didn’t buy wides. NB wides are wide in the wrong area of the foot for me (and many others here, go back X amount of pages for confirmation). The wide iterations tend to be wide on the outer toe edge in a way that really fucks with one’s flip tricks.. as there is too much excess in a crucial area of the foot. For those of you who actually do flip tricks still..

That said, why then would I have even considered wides when I don’t NEED wides in any other model?

I get you guys for whatever reason act like I shot your dog because these shoes don’t fit me in my actual size, but there’s nothing I can do about that.. nor can you! So why get your panties in a bunch about MY experience? After all, it’s my personal experience, not yours.

Dude stop being such a baby the show clearly doesn't fit ur foot. It's not NB fault, not every shoe works for every person. I was at the shop the day I got them and there were 5 of us buying them, all true to the size we wear in every other brand and shoe, none of us had super nuanced fit issues.

Crazy that this shoe fits you guys tts. Length is fine, it’s just stuffy in every other capacity for me.

My feet are admittedly weird shaped though.

I had to size UP just to get the proper length of the shoe. That already means without any other factor, the shoe is not TTS for me.

Which one is it brah? Length is fine or had to size up just to get proper length?

You're missing the point. There's nothing wrong with saying "these fit like shit for me, though my feet are shaped weirdly", though its still not particularly useful without providing more context on how exactly your feet are shaped weirdly.

The issue is that TTS is a term used to indicate if the shoe is sized accurately according to the industry standard, not according to some random persons feet.

So saying that its not TTS for you, is a misuse of the term. And saying that its not TTS at all, is just misleading.

Saying everyone else has baby feet for being able to fit into a TTS shoe is some baby brain shit

Also implying nobody else here flips their boards while complaining that a slightly wider forefoot ruins your flip tricks... lmao

Oh, ok. I see where the confusion is here.. possibly.

Although I did mention previously. I bought the shoe a half size larger, and the length is fine on the size up.

I never stated that the shoe isn’t TTS, you guys are the one that seem to be implying that’s what I’m saying. I’m simply saying that in my standard size (10.5) these would never fit me. I purchased them in 11 and they really don’t even fit me all that well.

As that I skate every other (again, 808 aside) model in 10.5 comfortably, and 10.5 in other brands comfortably.. I’d say that that is infact MY true size.

These do not work for me in even 11. It’s not really a problem, as I’ll just buy 11.5 when they are available in the Camel colorway in that size.

I just simply gave my experience here, same as anyone else.

I’m not sure why exactly this bothers anyone, but it’s exhausting and fucking goofy that anyone even cares.

933 runs hella small.

Crazy that this shoe fits you guys tts.

This is mostly just an exercise in roasting you because you sound incoherent and misleading

In fairness to myself that was in the first post? I posted that tired after doing a bunch of yard work. That is misleading.

SLAP Bros,
Sorry, been a hectic week and haven't had time to chime in yet on here. You know the scene in Empire Strikes Back when Han hits the hyperdrive and nothing happens and he says "It's not my fault...it's not my fault", well, that's me right now.  And while I didn't cause this issue, it's my job and responsibility to clean things up as best I can and make our shops and customers right.  So here's a quick breakdown on what is up.
We did indeed get shorted from the factory on the NM933MNO launch color in sizes 11.5-15 for the US ONLY.  Those sizes will be available in Canada, Europe, Japan, Australia and anywhere else that got them.  I'll tell you guys the same thing I told my reps, how that happened is not of my concern, I'm just here to clean things up.
I put in for a 1-time RESTOCK of the NM933MNO today for all sizes but I bulked up in 11.5-15 to cover our original orderbook.  This order will be made quickly and air-shipped in to arrive sometime around early/mid July at stores.  So unlike any issues in the past, this one I'm able to correct for anyone who missed out and they can still get that colorway.  I'll have our reps go back to the shops that got shorted and make sure they get some big sizes that they missed out on.
So you can't get those on the launch, but you will be able to have access to them at your local or online once those things hit.  I'll update the group here as things get closer for a date that they'll be back in stock.
Thanks for sticking with us on this and to those that got the shoes in their size...thanks for the support and I hope you like them!
And as soon as this whole situation started happening, my first thought was "God Damnit!  I'm going to get roasted on SLAP for this one since it's happened before"

when are the olive 933s dropping?
Those are June 20 drop.  It'll honestly be right around when the Fall 2025 colors hit but those won't have hard launch dates, they'll just start hitting stores (Fall 25 that is).

@rothdigga any clarification you can provide around a potential synthetic 933? Some reports on here from Reynolds himself say “yes” others more like “we’re trying”

I have not seen any synthetic 933's in the near future seasons so far.  Maybe it's something that AR has in mind but as of right now, nothing on the calendar for it.

Yup, they look much better on foot photo and in person than they did in the early product shots.

Roth answered it: he put in for a one time restock, with more in those 11.5 realm sizes people were specifically asking for

I was lucky enough to find a pair of 12 wides at Orchard and ordered them last Friday.  I'm in the Mid-Atlantic, but yesterday and today, USPS shipping is showing my package moving through Denver...............
