 :-[
That’s rough. My 933s with the messed up sole also had lace holes with misaligned holes. So I had to make some new ones. Quality seems to be lacking at times. You expect more from a $130 pair of shoes.

Sure skate shoes are designed to be destroyed, but they still should look good out the factory.

Oh well, still getting those black 933s 🔥

If you look at the comments Numbering Numerics says the white 933s are an all gum sole and reynolds painted them white.    They seem pretty knowledgeable

We didn't have one in the pipeline this year for him sadly.  So no fun Franky Halloween surprise in 2025.  But we have a few other specials coming to round out the year.

There’s a black and orange Foy that just dropped that may scratch that itch

Bummer still kicking myself for not copping the jack o lantern ones.
Foy is cool and all, but if I’m going to pay retail for shoes I don’t carry in the shop, my money is going to Franky.
Thanks for the heads up tho

Would cop that white/off-white pair for sure.

I'd have preferred triple black but close enough. The other pair look better on foot than in photos imho but I'm not sure I could pull them off. Might see if I can go try em on somewhere.

leave it to new balance to fuck up a white and gum, like why'd they do perforation on the N?

Yeah, that perforated leather doesn't look good to me. Wish they had done the toebox in mesh and the N in non-perf leather. The 600 looks like it was made to be a white shoe, but many of the white colourways that have come out have had some small detail that turned me off. Great shoe in both looks and function, though - don't get me wrong.

The neutral grey (à la Jordan 1) cw of the tom Knox 600 was the perfect white based leather shoe colorway, mesh toebox too. I beat those up casually

any news on the foy cupsole slips?
while cool-guying is a real phenomenon, studies show that 83% of all cool-guying incidents can be attributed to the cool-guyee being an awkward weirdo

I want to see the 933 use this color of reflective material.   I thought the blues on the Jansports were a really nice touch

What do you mean, “finally”?   Some classic rage-baiting there.

Do you think there have been great colorways so far?  Like the Taigo 1010s have had some great colorways and I just don't think the Knox pro model has been given the same treatment. To me anyways.

But the white and gum is a classic colorway. You would have figured these would have been out out a long time ago.

Off the top of my head:

Launch black and gum
Launch white and gum,
Smurfs,
Olive green and blacks,
white oatmeal and gums,
lost art greys
tan and blacks
light blues and gum from last season
all blacks
black and orange like his 440 colorway
red and gums
White and blue Rick Howard DC

1010s are more hit or miss for me, but when they hit they really hit

1010 needs more red in its colorways. Its pretty much only ever used as an accent color with that model and it hurts my soul to think that I've purchased 15+ pairs but not one of them was red/maroon
