Having wide ass feet myself and tried out a shitload of shoes over the last years, here' my 2 Cents on the best ones I had. Ranked from best to OKish, based on my foot shape and needs. I generally try to go for a solid protection in the upper and as much impact protection as possible beneath my feet. More of a gap suicide guy than ledge surfing god.
+ DC Metric: very comfy and good impact protection with standard insoles
+ Jamie Foy 306: very comfy when broken in, switched insoles to FP for better impact protection
+ DC Manteca: very comfy, similar to Nike SB Dunks, generally softer and a more foamy upper
+ Etnies Estrella: very comfy, foamy upper, good impact protection
+ Nike SB Dunk: wide but a little stiff, not as comfy due to lack of cushioning foam in the upper
+ Asics Japan S Pro: not super wide, but still comfy, feel broken in straight from the box
+ Nike Air Max Ishod 2: wide, but "rectangular" shape, no foam in the mesh upper (good on hot days)
+ Adidas Forum Low ADV: wide & comfy, but VERY foamy upper, less board feel than most others
