A Blind Nassim Lachhab 8.38 x 32.2 x 14.25 with steep kicks and concave. I'm usually not a fan of mid way sizes (8.125 / 8.38) and 8.38 is the widest I've ridden in a year (Real Ishod Twin Tail).

What sized trucks do you prefer with your 8.38 for mostly ledges / rails?

I'm on ace 44 classics on my antihero 8.38 and it's a lot of fun, although I'm not a rail guy at all.

In that case I won't swap up to a Venture 5.8, the weight and added length is what concerns me.

Wanting to grab Alexis' Jack Purcell mids. Heard cons has changed sizing since last time I had some, usually run 10 in vans and 10.5 in nike

Seasons x Aesthetics Ryde or Die collab shirt - giving the brand the much needed love

Shirts usually never fit right for my torso, but this shirt is too sick

I've never skated Adidas but these 3st004 with the boost midsole are calling out to me. They're just a stunning looking shoe. Anybody owned a pair? Do they fit tts? Hows the cushioning and support especially in the forefoot? I always feel like Adidas from the ball of the foot to the toe is like walking on a thin piece of cardboard but I would love to be proven wrong.

Really good shoe.
Comfy and durable, you can't go wrong + that colorway is fire.

I'v been contemplating buying Venture 5.6's. I'd sworn off ventures years ago. I've got a extra deck gripped and want to try them out. I always end up going back to indys.

I love the 5.6

I wish I switch earlier. It's the perfect truck in my opinion.

I just got a set of 5.8’s to fuck around on. Never had Ventures and I love em. That being said, I have some Indy Hollows on the way for another deck.

anyone know where to get skate stickers big enough to cover a graphic? really trying to avoid the whole sanding and clear coat process
while cool-guying is a real phenomenon, studies show that 83% of all cool-guying incidents can be attributed to the cool-guyee being an awkward weirdo

suburban is what i was trying to avoid with the creature logo plastered at the bottom of the deck. a shake junt sticker covering it is kind of a horizontal move if im being generous. do two wrongs make a right?

Torn between grabbing a 8.0 darkroom and the 8.28 mason natas deck. Leaning heavy towards the mason deck since I had a anti hero deck in the same dims a long time ago and it was near perfect. Really it’s just all the talk about dlx shapes being off recently that has me hesitant to order one. Locals don’t have it and I’m not going to the big Z to cop so ordering might be my only choice

You can always ask them to check dimensions before you buy it.

I know there has been this debate before on here, but the logical consensus was any half decent shops should take a second to check a board is the right sizes as marked for a customer if they are polite and not a pain about it.

Gone since 1988.  I talk too much about skateboards.  Sorry.

Anyone ever fuck with a 33” Quasi deck?

Because I have been skating just the Dane 1 I stood on a 8.5 BBS popsicle and it felt tiny. I have 55 mm spitfire classic F4s and some seasoned 149s that I would like to use again.

I like the ps stix fatty tails and nose. Any one got something similar they like?

This one? Call Skate Warehouse. Almost guarantee they'll check the dims for you. If I can't get something local they're my go-to. They answer the phone/email and are super chill.

Skated one, it measures closer to 32.25" (PS measurements, am I right??) with a long WB and what felt like a very small nose and tail. They taper and aren't squared like the shorter WB Quasis. Not a fan, but that's just me.

I think my ankles would be really stoked to get some hi-top shoes. I have some half cab pros for work but they are not snug enough in the toes for skating for me.

I am looking at the new Skate Sk8- Hi's or some Lakai Telford's. In Lakai's I mostly have a 7.5 and they fit great. No idea about the new Vans sizing and if I will like them.
Any suggestions from you pals?

I’ve skated Vans Hi and they don’t do shit for hurt feet.

I had 4 pairs of Telford Hi on the first go round and they are durable, comfortable and stable. However, board feel is not great and it is impossible to roll your ankle on an Ollie so the bottom tread wears out first.

I am big on es shoes right now. You don’t need hi tops if you wear cup soles that don’t cut below the ankle. I really like the silo sole so maybe look at any of their shoes that run the same sole.

https://www.esskateboarding.com/us/shop/footwear/silo-5101000167c115s8.html?utm_source=google&utm_medium=paid%20search&utm_campaign=shopping&CAWELAID=120054860000003783&gclid=EAIaIQobChMImZaO9sCB8QIVLQaICR32EAyzEAQYBSABEgL0v_D_BwE

The wider sole and padding makes for a real stable shoe. I have not once rolled my ankle in these. Good luck.

Tempting to get a board that width, as I’ve been hyped on ace 55 classics, but once I go that wide shit needs to be juuuuuuuuust right. And by that I mean short.

31.75 tip to tip, or less, 14.25 wb, or less. Best board in a long time (that I’ve been dribbling on and on about lately) is an 8.5 ps, 14.25, less than 32”.
I’ve definitely gone down some extreme rabbit holes and outsmarted myself trying to get too cute/precious with dimensions. Always seems that when I just throw something together I get the best results.
