So, I'm hearing some shops/companies(?) are using what I think is a new(?) woodshop in Mexico to press their boards, don't really have a clear name for it yet but I think it starts with a "H""hectic" or something(?) or at least the Canadian end of the supply puts that name on themAny one got any info on these?

Oh interesting, and Hectik is out of MTL correct? maybe they did a run for Kayo or something but from what i understood they were bbs, the boards i've seen are kind of thick and clunky feeling, with "birds eye maple" looking veneers

You probably don't find this funny unless you grew up in the woods or around lumber-mills or what have you.
