I won't go into all of the companies i've ridden for over the years,i will just say it's alot. Needless to say i've learned a few things about skateboarding and skateboards. Which now brings us to TAKEN. Why and what is TAKEN you ask? We all get kooky as we get older. It’s life, it happens... you’ll have to trust me. So he’s doing another company that will probably not be a raging success, oh well.

It’s weird to me that people hate on Markovich so much these days. He was so ahead of his time in the early/mid 90s, had some amazing video parts going all the way into the early 2000s, and probably has the most video parts of any skater, ever (at least 30). He’s great.

Ehh, that dude obvisouly lives a life he can’t afford and with all those tattoos and no real work history all he has is starting bad companies to avoid getting a job. I honestly can’t imagine he makes more than  a lot of the people on here. His arts on the same plane as gonz but he just doesn’t have the personality to back it up.

Three take always from Tony Taves episode I found interesting.

 1) nick trapasso is so burnt he let Bandana B handle the business side of L.E. I'm actually shocked it lasted as long as it did. They all have to be someone bummed he ran it into the ground and he destroyed their distribution through Element. ARF 💸💸

2) Element asked him to come back home to which he declined so he could be on LE with the homies. If they wanted him back recently I'm sure he could do some smooth talking to go along with some clips and get back to having a nice check again.

3) he owned a house with a 7k monthly mortgage that he paid w no help from roommates etc. he sold it but still... His checks during his peak must have been massive. Out of all the pros I can think of I never would have thought he would have invested wisely enough to be still living ccmfortable without a steady income and not be worried about money. Good for him.

Some people just have weird reactions to weed no matter how much of chill drug it is, there's a fairly popular current pro that go sent back home by all of his sponsors cuz he made himself crazy from smoking weed. He's better now but when he first came back he seemed like he had one of those neverending bad acid trips, his brain just needed to fix itself over time it was a little creepy cuz it reminded me a lot of people recovering from head injuries.
