I agree.

Herman and Reynolds are two of the best ever and have had some great song pairings: Bowie, Waits, Hendrix, DJ Shadow- Hell I even like the "Drive Me Wild" by whoever the fuck that Herman skates to in TIS. A lot.

So you'd think that pairing them with arguably the greatest hip hop song of the 2000s with UGK and Outkast's unforgettable collab in "International Player's Anthem" would result in gold, but for the most part it falls flat. A notable exception is Reynolds fakie ollie table line, that sync was good. I blame whoever edited it (Shane Heyl?)

I liked love child, it definitely started a trend with using old songs in vids and made expand my musical tastes outside of what was cool at the time.
