Just bought the black Carrolls, can't wait to actually get my hands on them. I had the Griffins with the same sole and they were really good, so Im hyped to skate the shoes and to support Lakai
[close]

If I liked my Protos in 9, I assume I’d like the Carrolls in the same size? I’m gonna need a fit report when they come in.
Don't know about Protos, but I ordered them in 9 because that is the size I had when I had the the Griffin XLKs, but that was 4 years ago. Ill report back once I have them for sure. I wear a size 9 usually.

It's really hot in Spain right now so I got another pair of Lucas Premiere Primeknit, probably the best summer shoe ever made.

Also my wife got me a gift card from the polar website, so I bought a fresh deck and t-shirt, unfortunately, almost all the apparel was sold out in my size

Indeed...my file fell off on day two, not sure I would have ever used it...still...

What did you put it through?
I’ve had mine for something like 7 or 8 years (replaced screen driver with a plus reserve one) and it’s still going strong.

Nothing, I was putting a board together, dropped the tool, boink, file fell off.

Succumbed to the madness once again.  5.8 Hollow Lites.
been eyeing a pair to give ventures a second chance. always liked light trucks and only based my opinion of one of the heaviest in their lineup.

be sure to give your review once you skate them

I need these in 5.0 high! I wish other truck companies still used the cupped bushing washer like venture does. thunder and indy switched to the thinner ones that cut your bushings all up.
This has me cracking up, what exactly does Black Flag have to do with measuring your dick starting behind ya nuts?

Skateboarding is nothing but a game to find the right fits to appear like you're a proportional human being instead of a midget or a giant.

Went on a little binge over the weekend , picked up 3 pairs of one star pros and a new krooked board, 3 pairs of pants , a couple older Huf shirts, and a Brixton hat.

Grabbed some F4 Classics 52mm 101a for cheap.Took me a long time to decide between 101a and 99a, went with the 101a because I thought they would be more similar to the STF's that I've been skating for the most of my skate life.
Also bought a 8.125 Real deck which I think must be the perfect size for me as the 8.28 I am riding now seems a bit bulky at times.

Thank you! Colours actually look different in life and aren't alike.
It wasn't on purpose and just a coincidence anyway.

Just found out that Fedex doesn't deliver to PO Boxes or some shit like that, but I don't really know what will happen to my Carrolls . My Kalis S' are starting to blow out, so they are going to need to be replaced soon. I used that as an excuse to go into Ebay and get shoes that I can make sure Ill receive soon. Its crazy that the Kalis S are like 100 bucks usually and I found them for 45 bucks, brand new. They were cheaper than all the other shoes I searched for (Manchester XLK, Legacy, Atlantic) and not just in this colorway, you people should get on that while its hot. Also got the Figgys to chill in and wear as a normal person for 30 bucks.  Gotta love Ebay.

In US dollars roughly $20 which is bout RM85 in my local currencry. They use DHL Express. If i get em direct from Ace website, the shipping itself cost more than the price of the trucks themselves.

Bought a rub brick from Home Depot today. I guess they only have one to choose from there. Never used one, is the Home Depot one good? Or is there really no difference

I’m not a stone mason, but I don’t think there’s really a difference. You can save a lot of time using a concrete disk if you have an angle grinder. Make sure to not breathe in any of the dust either way

Not much difference from the ones you buy at concrete/mason suppy stores. It will work great. Happy rubbing..

pretty sure I scooped up the last pair in my area, not easy to find atm. I sincerely hope they are like Indy stage 7’s but I certainly don’t want to put those sort of expectations on a truck.
