homemade bruschetta .. super easy and here’s what i did for anyone that wants an easy recipe:

- get a cookie sheet
- fresh sourdough (ask to get it sliced)
- drizzle olive oil on the bread
- spread some fig spread on there
- throw some prosciutto on
- top it of with some brie

put in oven for like 7 minutes to toast and melt cheese and then slice it into bite sizes

just get your bread, spread, meat and cheese of choice if you don’t like what i did .. super easy and super bomb .. easy appetizers for your friends

homemade thai-style fried chicken tacos

layer in this order

1. street taco tortilla shell
2. peanut sauce ( peanut butter / sesame chili oil / rice vinegar / soy sauce )
3. homemade slaw ( green cabbage / carrots shredded )
4. cilantro
5. fried chicken
6. Plum sauce

insanely delicious. semi-Cheap and easy to make if you have the ingredients already

If you did boil, what water did you use? I’ve heard rose water and honey water is common in places

It was an at home normal oven?

Did you flip them or straight bake?

Your everything looks good too. Did you use dried garlic in it?

I was curious about seitan so I sauteed some and threw it in a burrito. Coming from someone who occasionally eats tofu, I have absolutely nothing good to say about seitan.
