I made fried shrimp and my wife made vegetable stir fry with white rice. Also had margaritas with pineapple/strawberry/jalape񯠩nfused tequila. Flavors were kinda all over the place, but everything was top notch.

zucchini and corn fritters. tomato soup. shit was pretty good

when last night was right now we made pizzas in the cast iron skillets. banana peppers and black olives. goat cheese and roasted red peppers. super good

I forget where, but remember Weck once said something along the lines of “fuck you if you eat potato chips with your lunch”. I still think about it to this day, while I eat a wrap and potato chips for lunch.

What an idiot. Chips and a good sandwhich is a no brainer. Fries can be good, but they can't be soggy. One of the biggest food let downs I've had was when I went to Pittsburgh for work and everyone wanted to try Pammini Brothers where they put the fries in the sandwhich. It just made it a giant ball of mush.

texture is considered important if you care about that sort of thing. potato chips in tuna sandwiches for example. that being said i dont mind fries in my burger either. spag
