regrettably, i have not followed this recommendation. i like my lrabs,
but having them sized down by .5 would have been way way better.

I agree with you. They’re all the same size: too big. Half size down on all. They are narrow and suede/leather is easier to break in than canvas but canvas will stretch as well. Going with my true size is huge on all the models I have tried on.

Yeah i didnt listen either and size down from 10 cuz 9.5 felt way too tight, but once they broke in it feels like im wearing clown shoes lol. the suedes stretch a good amount

I know the Milic shoe is basically the VM001 with one extra panel added, but that extra panel does open it up for some cool colour combinations. I'd like to see light blue/dark blue like the classic Vans Old Skool colourway, or green and brown with a black sole (Airwalk Enigma style).

Edit: If they do the Airwalk Enigma colourway on the cupsole, I'm probably hoarding pairs like they were apocalypse supplies.

I wear a 10 in dunks, 9.5 in LRABs (I had canvas, vm03, I think). I went tts, and they are a bit big. I prefer to wear the shoes a little big, but these were real low cut…good shoe tho.

They've had the new rubber since D8 according to an email he put out a while ago that's screenshotted a few pages back. The Drop 8 pair I've been skating since October have lasted longer than any of my others and still have a few weeks to a month left in them. it feels like maybe a 15-20% improvement on the old formula I'd say. Hopefully they've fine-tuned it even more though!

No, i think the Cupsole CM001 model is in the drop after this. Pretty sure this is a vulc and yes, is the VM001 with the little samba toe cap. It should have the updated insole and the more wear resistant sole as well though.

No, i think the Cupsole CM001 model is in the drop after this. Pretty sure this is a vulc and yes, is the VM001 with the little samba toe cap. It should have the updated insole and the more wear resistant sole as well though.

confirming what was already suspected, but it looks like all the models (even carry-overs) are getting the new insoles. You can see here that the white canvas VM003s (which originally came out a few drops ago) now have the removable insole
