started eating rasin bran for breakfast every day. it is really good for you, if those numbers on the side of the box mean anything. seems like it has a lot of fibre which i have heard is important and lots of other vitamins, and low in bad stuff. also eating like a handfull of raspberries. dont really drink much coffee anymore either, just water instead.
i am buying one of these $12 veggie trays every week now because my family will eat the whole thing and it forces me to eat carrots, celery, broccoli, and cauliflower like 3x a day. trying to find something better to eat for lunch besides a sandwich but i put a lot of spinach on and try to use a decent bread. really want to get a good sourdough going or some shit.
for dinner this week i have crab cakes, pizza, chicken burgers, hamburger helper, some salmon, dumplings + udon noodles, and some stuff to make homemade tacos. trying to do rice instead of fries for most meals now too. Some of tohse dinners are not the healthiest. trying to find some healthier stuff instead to try. maybe should make my own pizza. instead of chicken burgers just buy some chicken breast maybe do a stir fry or something.
does it seem like i am hitting everything i need to be? i feel like i might be deficient in something because my hands and feet are often cold in the winter but it is cold as hell here
