I threw out Ollie or even Ollie North when I was havin a kid, the wife's like, "Oh, like Oliver?" "Uhhh, sure Babe" didn't quite catch on though...

Manual was another one I was throwin out too. She almost bought into it then I started sayin "how bout nose manual? Kickflip out?" She didn't like those n thought they were dumb... Do ya blame her???

Not surprisingly she wasn't a fan of Slappy either...

Have u thought of any Baker/Deathwish nicknames??? Those are always good.

I was gonna say Josephine if it was a girl. Always liked that name.

Martin's a good name for a boy. Not really common, but not trying too hard to be unique either. And you can say you named him in honor of MLK.

I thought i snuck a post in earlier, but I dont see it here now. Took a couple weeks paternity leave, and evidently i Slap while at work mostly. Also, I can not seem to pull myself away from my son.

My wife and I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who helped lighten the mood for us. Things got pretty sketchy, and checking Slap helped distract us a lot, and brought many laughs. We did get a very stern talking to by our Nurse Ratchet style nurse. About the sanctity of naming a child, bevils of technology, etc... etc.

Decided not to run with Fred Gall Stoner, but it was a lot closer than i thought it'd be. Right up until i was filling out the birth certificate.

Everyone is home, healthy, and very happy.

EDIT: I bought Fred's 61 guest board, right after delivery, to ease my consience.

Congrats on the healthy baby and misses. Glad all ended well, birth is fuckin sketchy and its not ever simple. What did you end up going with after all?
