It didn't come seasoned, but I spiced it up. On top of the flavor, the rubbery texture wasn't my cup of tea. More power to you if you like it.

everyone clowns me for loving plain cheerios -- the non-honey-nut, original cheerios. but i fucken love em. what can i say, im a tender bitch. its a simple breakfast

so that's what im eating right now.

also if u dont like plain cheerios, this will make me seem even crazier: i let them soak in the (almond) milk and get nice and soft, they become even sweeter. they marinate. lol

cooked pork shoulder in the crock pot all day
got home and pulled it apart
marinated it in bbq sauce
wrapped it in tin foil and put on bbq for ten mins
took off and put it on a brioche bun
with a slice of cheese
then put it in my oven and broiled for like two mins
took out and put some bread and butter pickles
then put the top of the bun on
it was really good

edit: made a sloppy joe

I just made a pesto-stuffed pork tenderloin. It sounded like an Applebees -inspired dish, so I didn't have much hope for it, but it turned out better than expected.

In a cast iron skillet, I seared the tenderloin briefly on all sides, so that it was basically still rare except the outer 0.5cm. I took it off the skillet and let it rest for 5 min so I could touch it. I slit it lengthwise down the middle and spooned in some homemade pesto with basil from the garden. I topped it with freshly shredded parmesan and put it back in the cast iron skillet and into the 350f oven for 25 min. I did it.
