I'm confused about the milk and cookies thing too. I was watching the episode after dinner and I really wanted one of those cookies, but these dudes are just puking them up (of course Nora handles it like a boss)?

Really, the only situation I can think of where I would actually puke up a cookie would be if I were extremely hungover, so maybe that was the case.
[close]
I think they said they had a big breakfast haha but puking a cookie cmon!
[close]
Yeah. That's a good point and I remember them bringing that up, but it's not a solid excuse for me. A cookie after a large breakfast is a TREAT, not a punishment. I can understand having a bit of trouble getting it down towards the end, but you're right, puking it up seems a bit melodramatic.

I just assumed they didn't want to take on the skatercross jumps on a full stomach. Plus Gravette seems like one of those dudes who just pukes all the time for no reason.

I feel like some of the younger dudes watching these episodes, seeing Nora hold a beer funnel into a guy's ass while another nude man skates above him, may develop some extremely specific fetishes later in life, like when I first saw the communal shower scene in "Starship Troopers".

That Starship Troopers example is hilarious hahahah!

But yeah, I was thinking this episode that Andy Roy probably might enjoy this footage in a different way than we do, not to mention all sorts of people.  I'm surprised doing food smashing in D3s or something like that isn't a challenge.

I liked how Nora handled the first Andy Mac challenge solo and took a nice cookie and milk without puking (which most should). It must have took a ton of of dedication to put a fucking funnel in Gravette's asshole though. Props to Lacey on that nose manny inward heel in tux.

Creature threw up because these aren't your typical, "yes sir no sir", play-by-the-rules skaters. These guys are punk and gnarly and scare old people! You can tell because there's always metal in the background.

Looking back on it, between the co-ed showers in "Starship Troopers", the three-breasted woman in "Total Recall", Kevin Bacon doing some invisible fucking in "Hollow Man", and that Newman-vagina scene in "Basic Instinct", Paul Verhoeven movies were just full of erotic imagery that I had no idea how to deal with.

Don't forget the Robocop locker room boobies.  To this day, I haven't.

Well that is weird.  I don't remember those boobies and Robocop was one of my favorite childhood movies.  I just picked it up this week but haven't watched it yet.  Now I have to.

The "Hair down there" line still feels risqu?.

Verhoeven has always pushed the envelope. I had never seen Flesh+Blood and then ran into it a few years ago on late night cable and was shocked by some of the stuff in it - and that shit is probably 30 years old at this point.

Some can control their anger more than others. Milk, cookies, and a fun ramp had to have sucked right? It wasn't spooky or metal enough for Creature to throw down proper. That and being dramatic gets attention, the "show" needs viewers haha.

I'll have to check that one out! Sounds promising.
His (semi)recent movie Elle has gotten really good reviews as well, I need to see that too.

Don't mean to sidetrack the thread even more (although I do enjoy the the discussion), but this Paul Verhoeven anecdote (told by the dickhead dad from "That 70s Show", and the dickhead [but pacifistic] forensic specialist from "Twin Peaks") is super funny:

Yeah, those were very casual tits.

Casual Tits is a good brand name these days.

I wonder if King of the Road will ever do a make out with a team mate challange?  I still can't decide if this television version of skateboarding is accurate or bullshit, because as much as I can say regular skateboarding doesn't involve this kind of bullshit, I have also see this kind of crap happen naturally through skateboarding.  So yeah.

Anyways, back to Robocop.

amongst other things...

some other points/ observations:
- dude should have tongue punched the gnar button on that twerker, she was down
- I actually like lizard's stoke, he seems a lot more motivated these days now that he's sXe/ a dad
- creature having a cry over milk and cookies is fucking laughable. awww the paw little creature boys had a big breakfast, cry me a fucking river. having said that, that 9 ft air was SOLID!
- Lacey's nose manny inward heel out was fucked, I can see why the whole team was hyped on it
- gravette defs took one for the team and while it probably wasn't the best circumstances to propose in, at least it'll be a great story for the grandkids

Impish sausage is definitely gonna blow up as a euphemism this year

There was a "be Alex Olson" challenge a few years back in NYC and one of the stipulations was kiss a teammate. Whatever team got the challenged bailed on that part.

I'm very glad Nora left D. Vargs giving us our chance. Also how has no one mentioned Hitz's sons name "bronson" bearing company named after him?

NHS is on Bronson street, so likely his son (and the bearing company) is named after a street.  :)

Just started this shit.  10 min into S2 E1.
How much Andy Roy do I have to endure if I wish to continue watching?
