According to the original girl that posted the insta-story, The 9 year old girl was skating the bowl when Jake came and asked her to get out of the bowl. I guess the girl didn't get out out quick enough and spat towards her. if the girl he supposedly spat at is the one I think it is. It's pretty outrageous. Firstly I'm pretty sure she's 8 and not 9. Also, if it is her. She was not staying in the bowl any longer than necessary. She was dropping in from the deep end of the House of vans bowl (gnarly for an 8 year old kid), and having a run. I'm sure she was hitting the tiles, and doing backside airs and fakie ollies (albeit below the coping). But definitely not just 'being in the bowl'.

They were just posted up on the grass hill above the park, doing weird shit, trying to hit people. Seriously aiming Roman Candles at unsuspecting kids. I was 13, it was weird, I kinda knew who he was but had no idea what to think. He got arrested. Strange day.
