But I think insta death threats are a federal offense, aka a felony.
Felony doesn’t mean federal. But yea, in California PC 422 is a wobbler, meaning it’s could go misdemeanor or felony depending on the facts. He could definitely get picked up for the F off this though. I’ve seen lesser threats be charged as a felony.
