You need to read all 131 pages before you start posting. It’s a slap rite of passage.

You might want to warm up by reading the 32 pages of Terry Kennedy Gang Beef, which is where this all started.

Yeah, I agree with Glurmpz. I felt great at 25. That’s really young to be feeling weak.

Oh definitely. I’ve had a board since I was 6 so my knees and ankles take a bit to warm up. Not to mention 20-25 was a blur of skating hard and alcoholism which destroys your muscle tissues. I’m not a complete dust bucket but some days shit just won’t fly unless I’ve had 8 glasses of water and a tramadol

The first time I grinded a ledge was at age 24. I learned most of my tricks between 25-28.  My first real skate trip was in my 30s. I’m 34 now and still progressing.

Just do mad yoga, spend time in saunas, get a lot of intense aerobic Exercise (muay Thai and bjj work for me but I’m sure HIIT and cross fit work fine too) and you will be fine.

If you look after yourself, as in eat right, take time to recover, and do complimentary exercise to stay strong you should be fine. I don' understand how people burn out around 30. Let alone before 30.

Found Joe Rogan's account. How much elk meat do you need to eat to keep progressing at 34?

That was unironically dope

The lipslide attempts later in the video were gnarly. The landing at that spot was ridiculous.

I love when people bring up world hunger. It makes everything meaningless.
"That guy is double parked."
"Who cares? There are people starving to death! Besides, how does that affect you? Does it lessen the joy of parking?
