I don't eat breakfast but I just had a home made salad with greek fetta, avocado, rocket, roast chicken, red onion and tomato dressed with lemon juice olive oil and salt and lots of cracked pepper. Pretty good.
Anyone got any go to dressings recipes? Heres mine:
3/4 Olive Oil
1/4 White Wine Vinegar
Finely diced shallot
Then add these to taste:
Dijon Mustard
Lemon Juice
Honey
Season. Put it in a jar and shake it till combined. When you're trying to eat healthy a good easy homemade salad dressing can really help.
