right? I've been eyeing up boards for nearly a month now but can't pull the trigger because I'm worried about 1/4 inch here and there. Good call on the wknd though, I'm all about square noses too so them and quasi are defs on on my list (amongst like 6 other boards that I've scrawled down in some mad scientist comparison chart in my diary)

***
are Quasi 8.5's really only 8.25's liked was discussed on here a while back?

Don't know about the 8.5s but the Quasi 8.25 I had a while back definitely skated and felt like an 8.

speak of the devil, two things: one wow $64, and two that pirate ltd 10.375x33.75 board looks fucking good mate. also this is the one benefit of being hooked up from skating that i think would be cool, i could get like a 9.125 x 33.75 damn near 16"wb symmetrical popsicle shape board made just from asking asking about it, but anyway thanks for that SJ im gonna go look at socal's backlog of boards on there now.

Rightio, I've had like 20 of the shorter Quasi 8.5 shape (x 32.125) in a row. 8.5 across the front truck and 8.25 across the back truck. I also just got a WKND 8.5 that was identical, taper and all. I've also had one Pizza (against my better judgment) with the same shape. All PS Stix

Damn, those are the ones I like. I guess they should be more clear about the dimensions because the feel of the two different 8.5s is so different.

This is pretty random - a Big Mess board that rips off the Mike Carroll Plan B graphic. Also Indys and Neil Blender OJs.

I only have two boards, a larger one for bigger transition/cruising and standard. After about seven years, I switched up the large cruiser to this. I bought this board intending for it to be on the wall, but even though I like Bloom County it's not the Carroll OG so I decided to skate it.

It's seriously a football shape, like 9.75 in the middle and 8 something at the nose and tail. Also I'm curious to see how people react to the graphic.

10-year-old griptape job aside, that's it. Since the grip is fucked on the edges it looks misshapen but it's not. Definitely not used to this shape.
