Scumco logo deck 8.38 Pennswood!
Indy FH 149s
Spitfire f4 afterburner 55mm
Indy black bearings
Jessup grip (learned my lesson on the last one)

This is my second Scumco logo deck this month but the last one was control. Most obvious difference is the Pennswood has a slightly deeper concave and the kicks feel a good bit steeper. Also the PW deck came with a bunch of rad stickers. I'll try to remember to post a pic of them when I get home.

I have another scumco 8" that should be here today and a 8.5 and 8.25 on the way as well but I'm not going to set them up just yet. I got a really good deal on them so I'm going to keep one or two and sell the other ones for $40 shipped so keep an eye on the classifieds section if you're interested.

We get it dude, you got a good deal on the ScumCos. Might as well make it your sig at this point since you bring it up in every post

I have a spending problem.

Polar Dane 1 Shape
Indy 169 Forged Hollow aftermarket bushings
OJ Boserio 97a 60mm
1/8 Risers

This thing is fun.

Looks like. Kudos
Seconded.

Where'd you find those boserios? A quick look at the NHS site looked like they only had the mini juice. I've been riding 58mm classics and loving the bigger wheels, but I do wish they were a bit softer.
I don't really understand what's going on and I haven't read this thread yet, but I can tell I'm angry.

It was cobbled together from a couple of spare Jessup pieces I had laying around from old decks. I had a pair of dull ass scissors and a scalpel, sorry it doesn't meet your aesthetic standards. I'll be sure to do the next one to your exact specifications.

Believe it or not, not everyone reads every single thread. I got a good deal and I don't need everything I got from it, so I'd prefer to pass the deal on to someone else so that they too can enjoy it. It's called sharing. If you don't want it that's fine, but someone else might.

That actually reminds me. It came with a bunch of stickers. If anyone wants any shoot me a PM with which ones you want and I'll mail them to you. The brown ones are a matte kinda cardstock type paper like the surface of a cardboard box so they probably wont last long if you get them wet.

Exact same thing happened to me the first time I skated the 42 boardy cakes. Was cruising along thinking "Damn these things are so much fun!" and then got pitched into the street by a tiny ass pebble. Now I'm paranoid when I ride that setup - constantly trimming off speed, scanning the ground in front of me and steering around cracks and shit. Those little yellow bump mats on the sidewalk at crosswalks are deadly too. Still a fucking blast to ride them. Hope you did some pressure flips, I'm pretty sure it's a legal obligation when you ride BCs.

I’m down in OZ, and I work for a shop down here so I ordered them from the distro for myself. They feel great, you wouldn’t know they were a tad softer until you hit some rough ground. They’re heaven, though super heavy. Still fun and I’m mainly bombing hills and skating tranny on this thing.

Something tells me you like crooked grinds.

That graphic looks better than I thought it would from the catalog pics, I really like that whole series. Slaves are bareback right?

Correct, so the concave is just like an Anti Hero or any brand using that wood. Although I don’t recall the Roman numeral on the top ply, maybe they only do that for DLX brands? This is my second one of the same exact board. Shop ordered in two and I just grabbed both since it’s harder to find 9” popsicles. Once you get into 9” territory boards are almost always shaped and I don’t like shaped boards.

I'm assuming it's probably the same mold as the 9" eagles from AH then. I've admired those from afar but I'm nowhere near manly enough to ride a 9 incher. Maybe some day when I grow up.

Yeah, I had that eagle prior to these $lave’s, the measurements are identical. Get a 9-er man, they really aren’t hard to manage.
