Put together a second setup with different stuff that I'm used to.
Robot 8.375 (BBS)
Krux Nora 8.5, took the paint out to make them raw.
Shake Junt triple OG
F4 Radial slims 53mm 101

That's a really neat looking setup, have you skated krux before?

Those are my fiancee ones + other pair for people who comes visit. I got used from Czech republic to never use shoes indoors. Is pretty neat.

Ace 44 are really nice. I also skate boards 8.125-8.5 I used to always use the 5.5 tensor 10s cause an 8.375 axle is perfect for that range.

Love that shape, been contemplating pulling the trigger on that one quite a bit. Nice to see that 149s/44s would look good on it.

How are you liking krux's? Do they seem alright? I'm always weary of trying any trucks nowadays that aren't thunders, indys, or ventures.

I just came back from skating. Sure they grind different than Indy's, I like it more but the turn is not that good, is ok tho. Glad that I gave them a try

It could definitely be setup with 159s, but I like the 149s on it. It’s pretty much right at 8.5 at the back trucks and just slightly wider at the front.

Not sure what the length/wb is on that board but if you want something similar check out the Austin Kanfoush "yinzer" (a few sites have it misspelled as yanzer for some reason) shape. It's quite similar but with a square tail. Measurements are 8.55x31.62 with a 14.12 wb. Here's a Pic of one

Yinzer is my favorite shape right now but it's not that easy to come by. As far as I know, they've only done 2 drops for it so far which were at least a few seasons apart and it didn't seem like they made that many, at least for the second one. Wish it was more in the regular rotation. I love that kind of tail and it's cool to get on something 8.5ish.

Real 8.38"
Ace 44s with mag plates and new pivot cups (again)
Spitfire Formula Four Radial Slims 54mm 101A
Zealous bearings with built in spacers
Pig rails
Thunder bolts
Some grip (not MOB)

Changed everything except the metal parts and top and bottom bushings in the trucks. Deck and wheel combo was looking so green that I had to put on bearings with green shields on as I had a set around. Also the rails I put on just cuz I had a green set around. Grip I kinda botched but it'll do for now.

Previous board was all warped and worn out already, an Ishod 8.5" twin tail. Had a nice curb session with this before the winter makes those impossible for several months and really enjoyed it. Radial Slims hot dog a bunch on Ace 44s. Probably gonna throw a few extra washers on the inside to make it look a bit better. Also my last set of 101s. After that I'm going fully to 99s and don't plan on coming back.

my almost perfect setup
Antihero Eagle 9.0 15 wheelbase and near twin nose
Thunder 149 Hollow Lights that will be sized up to 151/159 after payday
Spitfire F4 Radial Slims that were 52s around 50mm now
Bones Reds
Bones Hardcore bushings
Krooked 1/8 risers
Shop hardware
Free Mob from the shop and will be switching back to Jessup
while cool-guying is a real phenomenon, studies show that 83% of all cool-guying incidents can be attributed to the cool-guyee being an awkward weirdo

No idea how all of you ride such big setups, ridden a 8.06 for a while and 8.125 for 1 session and that felt too wide and large for me. But I'm still tempted to try a 8.25 Ishod Full SE I found at the shop. Either that or a Low Pro II, 7.75 boards just aren't working for me anymore.

Usually a size 9.5 - 10.5, last shoe I really enjoyed was an old Habitat in 10.5 with a vulcanized sole. I'm using the Etnies Manara 9.5 vulc which I got for free when I got a setup 2nd hand off a dude who was quitting. The grip isn't great. Next pair will be pair a DC Cupsole which I got for a huge discount.

I skate vulcs most size 10-10.5 I skate a 8.25 board, but I can jump on a friends 8 inch board and do a trick no problem. What bother me usually is the length of the tail if its too short I would feel super uncomfortable
