This is something I’ve never done before, but I’m claiming a do-over on my current setup. I switched everything over after setting it up.  The OJ From a concentrate wheels were terrible; posted my “review” in the wheels thread. ACE pivot cup was blown out and the baseplate was oblonged. They also started wiggling again when I tried to pop my board even though I tightened them up more than I personally find comfortable. My back started feeling sore and that’s a telltale sign that I need to switch my shoes

Same 8.25 Polar
Thunder 149’s
OJ Mini Combo
Re-cleaned Bones Swiss Six

NB 440 highs

I skated Thunder for 15 years and never had a single issue with performance. Glad I had these laying around
fuck you bama

$lave 8.25
Thunder 148s
Spitfire Conical Full 55mm (originally at least, have worn down a bit but not much)
Shake Junt Night Riders
Shorty's 1 inch Phillips
Real Wooden Risers

Lakai Manchester XLK. Taking a break from Legacy Slims since I only have 1 pair left and all the other colors I can find online in my size are whack. These skate really good definitely hyped on 'em!

Heroin 9.75 symetrical egg
Mob grip
Indy Ti 169s w/ Indy blue bushings
99/53 Spit F4 tablets
Swiss 6 bearings
7/8 hardware

I ended up going wild and put together a Christmas complete for this monster. Was able to make a standard 9 inch sheet of grip work with this pattern.

This is exactly how I gripped my new setup. I think it looks good. Also I really like the shape of the board. I wonder if they are going to stick with BBS or just use them occasionally.

You left the side peeking out, or your grip is wrinkled? Ha.

Yeah I really dig the shape as well. A bit fuller tail than the Quasi proto shape I was on before. Plus the wood is crispy as hell. Those were my only complaints with Quasi and if they stick with BBS i’ll probably never skate another board brand

Lol I don't have a wrinkle this time luckily. I was talking about the side peeking out. Same side too. I wanna try the BBS quasi.

-Polar 9 14.5 Wheelbase
-ACE AF1 66 with bones hard bushings
-Spitfire 55MM 99A tablets
-Bronson G3
-Modus Risers
-MOB

First time riding ACEs and loved the turn and the way they grind. Also it's my first time with Bronson's and they are great out of the box.

Agreed on that. The titanium Indy is the best version of the best truck ever made IMO. If you can afford then and skate Indys, you absolutely should buy them.

That deck/ truck combo is a perfect candidate for wheel wells. Looks amazing.

I'd get jessup ultra. Nice and grippy like mob but won't peel off in the cold.

Still a really flat nose and tail, the center rails of the board might be kicked up a hair higher but it’s also brand new.

Front truck: 8.25”
Back truck: 8.1875”

snack 8.38 x 32, 14.25 wb
44 classics
97 f4 classics 56mm (~52mm now)
reds, jessup, diamond 7/8 allen
superstar 80s, they skate great but the stitching isn’t reinforced so they’re basically superglued together

i bought two snack 8.38s because i thought they would be the same shape (the other one is the alehsy lambo graphic) but they aren’t, not even the same wood. this one is a little longer, the top ply had a “K8” engraving and a sticker with the sizing (wheelbase was inaccurate, it said 14.375 but i measured it and it’s 14.25), nothing else. anybody know what’s the woodshop?

thank you and @Macho Taildrop for the quick response, from what i've read clutch isn't that great but hopefully this one won't break before the end of the year, i'm not going to skate too often because it started snowing in the last few days and i can't afford to skate the indoor park more often than twice a week, plus it's a hour and a half from my home. hoped it would be south central but oh well.
