For now:
8.25 eagle
Thunder 148 titanium lights
53mm F4 classics
Swiss ceramics

I just measured this one and another one I have. They might not be a perfect 8.25, but they’re a hair under 8.3. Too small of a variance to ever notice. I measured a Limo 8.38 that I have for comparison. That one sits at 8.38ish. Unfortunately I can’t say anything about the blue eagle. I haven’t skated a board that big for a “normal” setup in over a decade

The DLX Shapes thread has a lot more info on those boards too, but from the literally hundreds (from working / being in skateshops) in general DLX 8.25 shape boards are wider than normal 8.25s and almost straight through the rail / middle from front to back bolts, the 8.38 is almost 8.5 in width also straight through the rail (with a longer wheelbase) but the 8.5 shorter 14.25 wb, as per the blue eagle deck, tapers significantly from just on 8.5 at the shoulder down to around 8.25 at the rear bolts.  There has also been talk of the blue eagle being significantly smaller overall than the dimensions listed, so make of that what you will.  If you can go in somewhere to check, you would be able to compare them, but if not, then get whatever size you prefer, given all of them are fairly close, but still quite different.

So to summarise the DLX shapes / coloured eagles:

grey eagle - 8.25 x 32 with 14.38 wb  * wider
green eagle - 8.38 x 32.25 with 14.5 wb  * wider
blue eagle - 8.5 x 31.85 with 14.25 wb  * not as wide and tapers

I talk too much about skateboards.  Sorry.

last popsicle in my pile. had to set it up after seeing the other Gerwer Grimples on here.

8.4
Af1 55s
1/8" Ace risers
55mm tablets, (54 or so now).
Swiss 6.

sahweet.  I really didnt think I was gonna like this deck since I have been skating boards with bigger/wider noses, but man, it's been working out pretty well.  Mine is a roman numeral I, and I'm digging the concave as well.

You didn't ask me but I should mention after spending a lot of time on 8.25 DLX decks, they skate like a bigger board imo. The ones I've had in the past couple years felt noticeably steeper (even on roman numeral 3/4, which made the pop feel heavier with the 14.38 wheelbase). I liked it a lot on Ace classics since it made it feel more manageable but still felt heavy overall.

Close to 14.7 if memory serves. I was thinking of getting one once habitat stopped making the 8.25 with 14.5 WB but never pulled the trigger. Also curious to know how it skates. Seems like it would work great on Ace

I've got one of these kicking around that I'll never skate *specifically* because of that long wheelbase. It was advertised as 14.25" and then when I finally got around to measuring it, I was taken aback by how off that was, and it was too late to return it. Anyway, if you or anyone wants to buy a Lee Yankou from the "Call of the Wild" series, seriously DM me because frankly it's just sitting in a closet and I will absolutely never skate it.

I switched from 14.25 and it didn't even take me long to get used to 14.7, i did my tricks easier. It's definitely very comfortable, but probably a little harder for 360 flips.
Right, on Ace it works perfect

I had set up a Scumco 8.5 a couple weeks ago, but the Evisen I was on was great so I got the itch to go ahead and throw on the other one I had. Scumco back on ice.

Once you hit 1000 posts and reach Pal status.

We got you covered on that one anyway.

I talk too much about skateboards.  Sorry.

How’s the WB on these?
Isn’t it like 15”?
[close]

If he doesn't take it I'd like to try it. I've been curious about that shape and the Lucas Puig Palace shape that is like 14.7 with smaller kicks.

Ok
