Just in case you didn’t know: HSRs are meant to face the other way. The profile is wedged—some flip them on purpose for slide-grind leverage, but wanted to check it’s not accidental.

Did not know this (although it makes sense after thinking about it for a minute), good looking out. I like board hurricanes and board feebles too much so I’ll just leave them as is.

I didn’t know Indy hangers fit AF1 BPs. How are they? And do you know the height and WB measurements?

If I could find my fucking tape measure I’d get you measurements right now. I have to go to the hardware store at some point this week so provided I don’t forget I’ll pass the measurements along when I take them.
Using a 14.125 wheelbase as reference because it’s all I skate (or 14.5 if I’m skating Ace classics, but I digress) pop, turn, carve, stability, all that jazz all feels identical to skating AF1s, which makes sense because it’s AF1 everything (bushings, pivot cups, baseplate) besides the hangar.
That being said, my trucks are always superglued/loctited and then finger tightened, plus I boil my bushings before putting them back in the trucks and mashing the shit out of them, which I think removes any eccentricities that could (possibly, maybe) come from frankensteining it together.
