San Clemente Skatepark got filled with sand recently as well.

Quite a few parks in australia that have been filled like that too. Makes me curious if they've done anything similar to more street inclined parks though, much easier to sweep/leaf blow that shit away.

This is getting out of hand. At my local park, they just recently filled up the entire park with a bunch of scooter kids.

Can’t imagine they will leaf blow 30 tons of sand, but I can imagine it would be easy to damage a park using heavy machinery. Also not my battle.
Guess they have to skate the streets

That video does not look like 30 tonnes of sand was dumped in there, but whatever.
