Berra is like lebron. Used to be good but now he just complains and is totally insufferable. Their inflated egos drag down their teams.

Suciu is like joker. Kinda slow but pulls off really technical stuff. Carries their team.

That Berra LeBron comparison is the weakest thing I’ve ever read (aside from whatever the fuck drags down or carries their team means in a skateboarding context).

If anything Lebrons comparison is to Reynolds due to being a prodigy with an inexplicably long career whilst deserving of being in the top 3 greatest of all time discussions while maintain connections to Los Angeles and Florida

Heath kirchart = Jordan

Heath obviously had the talent but more so had the insane dedication and work ethic to do things no one had seen before, everyone of heaths parts was a championship run in and of itself, most of if not all still talked about in the highest regard to this day. He is also arguably the most copied skater and that leads me to my next comparison.

Dylan Rieder = Kobe Bryant

Obvious untimely and tragic passings aside Kobe idolized Jordan, and Dylan idolized Heath. Both Kobe and Dylan Refined styles/influence’s adopted from said idols and made it their own. Beyond that  Dylan and Kobe alike shook up both of their respective shoe markets and combined and brought in outside influences to skate and basketball shoes (Dylan high fashion to skate shoes and Kobe brought in soccer influence to basketball).

All this being said Kb is uber talented but is an underachiever despite still having an incredibly successful career. He’s probably closer to T-Mac.

In conclusion

Kevin Bradley = T-Mac

Yeah no way MJ. T-mac probably was playing too many seasons to be KBs equivalent. So maybe Shawn Kemp?Übertalented but fizzled out too early.

Dont throw dirt on reynolds name like that. Reynolds is aging like fine wine. Lebron is aging like a turd. The only thing lebron is good at is travelling.

Quoting another poster without commenting anything yourself is the most annoying form of virtue signaling on the internet IMO. Just so lazy.

I'm not entirely convinced Aidan Mackey and Brian Scalabrine are two different people.

Kader = Ben simmons

I think KB for Ben Simmons works better. I'd say Kader is LaMelo,  fantastic young talents with a fun chaotic aspect to their skating/playing but very often overhyped by younger fans and people who watched them grow up online.

Jeremy Leabres - D. Rose: Came out swinging and looked liked they'd be one of the absolute best but were sadly plagued by knee injuries, though still managed to eventually have a solid career, albeit not the one expected.

Alexis Ramirez - Donovan Mitchell
Tyshawn Jones - Anthony Edwards
Frankie Spears - Trae Young

Hope to see some more posts here :)

I see Tyshawn closer to prime James Harden than current Anthony Edwards. Edwards is too gregarious and hyper competitive.

- Harden and Tyshawn both have chill demeanors that kinda makes them look like dicks even though they’re not trying to be.

- Both have oddly specific skill sets where they are either one or two of best ever at their strengths while being really bad at what they don’t do. Harden is a god tier shooter, passer and contact creator, but is a terrible defender, and hasn’t been in shape since 2019. Tyshawn has the best pop in history and an amazing trick selection, but I don’t recall him ever filming a manual or a transition trick.

- Traditionalists of each craft have complicated feelings about them, some of it justified, some of it complete bullshit.

Westgate is Spud Webb or Nate Robinson, a smaller guy with absolutely insane pop.
