I think the rubber they used on the outsole of the CM’s is too soft. The soles wear down super quickly, and don’t feel stable enough under my foot. The plus side to that is that they feel soft and cushy underneath you, and the softer rubber makes them grippier and more flexible. It’s really just about where your preferences lie.
I need more support and stability than they offer, but they’re a good vulc-to-cup transitional shoe. I like overall design and the toebox shape and fit was perfect for me (round, wide, and stubby toe shape), but the sole kills them for me. Also I think the stock insole is too thick in the heel. I swapped it for a Dr Scholls with less heel cushion and more arch support. With the stock insole, I think my heel would slip out at the back.
