He uses the F-gay slur as a punchline then talks about how he used to use the word

Burr and Jeselnik are my current favs. Saw Chelsea handler perform at Netflix is a Joke in LA last year and her set was masterful. One long 45 minute story, weaved into a comedy routine, the loops back to the beginning at the end. I was never a big fan of hers and took my ex as a gift and man, it was perfection. I hope she releases it somewhere.

Jeselnik live last year was amazing too, it was the show for the special that came out late last year. Bones and All.

I’m trying to power through this kill Tony Netflix special, Shane as Trump is the only thing carrying it.
Kyle Dunnigan as Elon locked in a lot of funny mannerisms and I’m a fan of Adam Ray’s characters and crowd control.

What is the point of having Rogan and segura as panel guests who remain practically mute the entire time?
Redban is a scary looking creepy mfr.
The band has no energy.
Tony is obnoxious.

Being given a minute or so to be funny is an interesting challenge that none of the standups can seem to write for.

I have a masochistic appreciation for bad open mic in dive settings because that is where it belongs.
All of these bucket comedians are intimidated, they lack the charisma and confidence to carry a spontaneous conversation and don’t deserve this level of heightened attention.

Apologies if this has been posted elsewhere (it's new to me), but Bill Burr tells a story of watching a guy get the wobs and slamming while trying to bomb what I'm guessing is North Vermont Canyon road in Griffith Park.

Thinking you can bomb this hill (if its the one im thinking of leading to the Greek) is completely fried. its long, curvy, speed humps not a lot of room if you have to pass a car because they are going pretty slow. my guess is whoever did this wasn't a very seasoned skater.

Makes you wonder if that dude now thinks about that bail and is like woah I met Bill Burr that day

I'm stoked for it. Some big new additions too. Thomas Haden Church is Shane's dad, Vince Vaughn and Jon Lovitz were also in the trailor. Look forward to McCusker's cop role and Francis Ellis's characters coming back too at some point.

Man I watched this a few days ago.
I put it on in the background while I was doing some chores around the house and within 5 minutes I was firmly planted on the couch giving it my full undivided attention for the duration of the video.

He’s great and hates Gervais.   His wife was on taskmaster and she’s hilarious in completely different way

I liked the short film intro McCusker made rollerblading around the city , very dynamic.

His standup had a handful of good jokes for me but he’s strongest as a duo with Shane.

The trifecta includes Gerbies. I love his confident awkwardness.

This set is a good encapsulation of his vibe: hyper specific topic for a standup competition.

New Dave Chappelle special was underwhelming…I did laugh when he said he was waiting for the Saudi royals instead of Netflix to call him

i actually thought it was a strong set. though, what i liked about it was the thoughtful story telling, but he told some good jokes. i laughed.

He’s definitely been leaning more and more into social commentary but he does his thing well. I liked the part when he was talking about people complaining about affordable housing and he’s like, “I can afford my housing… I can afford your housing too”, lol!

I felt it was a strong set also.  Made me laugh, and also had those provocative moments.  Of course there were a few things in the set that I didn't find very funny, but that's typical in a comedy set.
