First stop Board of Missoula. Great shop and crew there.
For parks, you can use the list on this site for what the latest builds are. No map there, but if you put the town + skatepark in maps you’ll likely find it. Or show up and ask some locals.

https://maps.app.goo.gl/TQbtCsENqP9Yk414A?g_st=ipcThere really aren’t ditches or pools. Jeff ament from Pearl Jam lives there and has 2 custom bowls, but probably not an easy invite to get. I’ve heard there’s an interesting ditch in Wallace, ID but I’ve never gone looking. And they have a diy under the freeway. Interesting little town if you’re on I-90.
Street skating in Missoula is ok. Some fun spots around downtown. The courthouse is surrounded by a ledge and has plastic benches bolted on in some spots. Caras park got rebuilt and has some ledges. Campus has some stuff. Ask the shop. They had a spot map going.
Nightlife I’ve always liked Al’s & Vic’s, and Charlie B’s. Charlie’s has a little food spot in the back. Stop by the record store called Ear Candy to see if there are any shows.
Food- taco del sol, 5 on black, biga pizza, michi ramen, zoo Thai. Tons of new stuff there every time I go too.
Clyde coffee, Le Petit, and veera doughnuts for the morning time.
Get some local brews if you like beer. Bong water pale ale from kettle house is a must try. I love big sky brewing’s beers.
Other stuff- hike to the M, float the river. There’s a service that will shuttle you for a float. Plenty of other outdoors fun. If you got to Polson you gotta stop at the Miracle of America museum. It’s super weird and awesome.
