Everything came together with Cherry. It was fresh, exciting, and started long lasting careers. But look up the definition of "flanderized." This is a caricature of Cherry... I do not see it as innovation or building on the precedent that video set. Dude is aping his own (admittedly groundbreaking) work at this point. And that's ignoring the fact that he reused music that had been used relatively recently in a NY video that was done way better.

Edit: I have no doubt Troy and the other skaters involved will find success in skating. But I do think they could have made better choices. Bill's budget Hockey board brand is a fried choice in 2022.

It's not like Troy was ever in the Hockey flow pipeline say like Shane Farber has been for the last 5 years. He was just getting boards with the help of Strobeck.
