I personally hope Tom doesn’t end up on a dlx brand. Nothing against them, but I just don’t think that he would get the shine he deserves on krooked or Real. Krooked would obviously be the better option between the two tho

Honestly maybe its good that AD isn't going to be a brand. It's a conceptual web series based on dudes that travel and skate new places. That doesn't really seem like a lasting brand image and best to just keep it its own thing. Isle, the brand they were on, was praised left and right but didn't sell. The locals I went to all told me that no one bought them when they could get them and then when the drought hit they had major supply issues. This suggests to me that they weren't super high on the BBS priority list likely because they didn't sell that many decks. I liked what they did, but if we are being honest here even with a person running the company it drifted straight to the bottom of the Atlantic.

Tom Knox doesn't need a board company to 'shine' though. He's gone up in stature ten fold over the last few years sans any output with Isle.
