Shuv in. Who do you see doing shuv to 5050 on any rails? It’s not about the stature of the trick, it’s shuv in and out on a rail which is unique compared to how most “better” skaters skate. Trick selection vs difficulty is a thing. You probably didn’t like Pops Fully Flared part?

y’all need to let this thread go. we’ve all fetishized getting “good enough” to turn pro at some point, but we’ve always known that skill has never been the deciding factor in getting a board. anyone with more skill that didn’t turn pro either lacked something else or their skate community failed them.

stop gatekeeping something from the outside. we’re just consumers to brands, regardless of our level of commitment to “the culture.” they just wanna bring money in and support their homies when/if they can. they’re not trying to maintain some idealistic standard of “pro skater” like this thread expects them to. they’ll give a board to whoever they decide to, as they always have.

a few people mentioned eunice chang as a comparison, but at least eunice is personable and likable, but most importantly AWARE she’s not the best

beatrice has none of that humility. literally zero.

   Not to harp away at people but if you meet her (its good to get out) you might be suprised you know.  That's why life is is sick.   Interviews and putting a personality out thru the a camera lens is not for me, I can't do it. Not all that can pull it off will have time for you after its said and done.  I'm possibly raining a a type of parade here that many times in my life I'd cheerfully take part in.  So take this with a grain of salt.   ( i guess I'm saying that she might not be able to shine in the ways you want online, I know I couldn't)
